Very good location, many places near by to have Turkish breakfast and to have a walk. The breakfast in the hotel was very good with many Turkish and Swiss dishes.

The swimming pool was closed, but we hadn’t any information about this before. Our children took their swim things and were waiting to have a swim. It would be great to have some information, if some facilities are not available, but they are in the description. If you need some milk alternatives (coconut or soya milk), you need to buy it by yourself.

The hotel is a walk from most places and seats right by the road. So good location. During my state I forgot about a thousand dollars and some valuables in my safe (room 118) they called me to proof it was mine and then they sent it to me by cargo after two weeks. The finance department again called me that I was over charged during my stay and refunded it to my credit card. That was awesome to think off. Overall they have very nice and sincere staff.

The hotel seems abit old. The lobby and restaurant is nice and fanciful but the rooms had old furnishings, the passages had this awful smell because they had some very old rugs. This included the passages of higher floors bcos my frds stayed in suites as well. My room was stuffy as hell. Also the sea view is not viewing (lol) don’t bother when they tell you sea view it doesn’t see shit.

The service in the restaurant was amazing. Nice and attentive waiters. The food was awesome. Housekeeping was good as well. Rooms were clean. A/c worked well (my staying was when the temperature was the highest at the season)

The property was a bit old. Apparently, there was a wooden floor underneath the carpet and I could hear that creaking sound every time I stepped on the floor. While sleeping I could hear the same creaking sound coming from above. It made me uncomfortable at 2 a.m. Another thing was a light in the bathroom. It burned out and no one was about to replace it. Of course, it was not a big deal but still it was not an advantage for Mövenpick

Comfy and food was great.

Apart from the restaurant staff the rest weren’t very friendly, assuming because I’m British. Everyone seemed to get a hello and good morning, I couldn’t even get eye contact. Felt very uncomfortable, especially after undergoing surgery. Would not recommend to British. Also it’s not a 5 star, it’s a 4 star at best. Very outdated and of poor standard.

I liked the most the way they interacted with What happened to me, I booked two rooms for a single night, the entention was to stay the night as a midway point between bodrum and bursa, i had an accident and checked in 10 pm, they were very understanding and gave me a late checkout.

The location was wonderful, and the room was comfortable. The facilities were all as promised. The staff was very cooperative and I was taken good care of during my stay at the facility. The food was also good.

Location is perfect. You can reach everything. The staff is always sooooo kind, I love that. It was our second stay here. I really like the hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel is really old, they really have to renovate the rooms. The bath is really old and the carpet especially. The rooms should be sound proof because we could hear everyone walking past our room or even the neighbours when they opened and closed the door.

Transportation from and to the airport is paid although its mentioned as included. Breakfast is heigh quality, but the varieties are very limited.

Swimming pool was closed; My room was close to the elevator and it was very noisy during mornings, therefore difficult to rest.
