The suite was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable, cold water in the fridge. Nice view of the squares and the sea. The internet was very satisfactory, the hallways were quiet at night. The reception was very welcoming upon arrival. The city is huge but the location of the hotel was very close to the events we were visiting for business. The restaurants nearby were also excellent.

The staff doesn't speak English very well, but they are very kind. But overall, we are very satisfied.

The location was very good, the staff was very helpful and nice, just perfect, they helped us with everything. The toilet was clean as well as bed. However I expected to get the higher floor for that price. Also breakfast was ok, but the products used were not fresh.

Lower floor of room wasn't nice, the breakfast was ok, but I would suggest to use more fresh things like vegetables, more varieties of bread. But the location made up all the disadvantages.

The location is good, central to both Alsancuk and Konak area. Nearby we had everything needed within walking distance. The staff were helpful and arranged our tour to Ephesus and Pamukkale as well allowed us to check in early as we reached in the morning.

There was mild smell in the washroom as there was no exhaust/ventilation it seemed. There was also light smoking smell in the room we checked in on day 1, however did not notice it again at night or next day.

We took 3 rooms for 6 nights for the 7 of us. Each one of us loved the location. It's a hotel with a small entrance right of the street. This hotel staff is extremely courteous...the location is perfect. Close walking distance to many restaurants and other hotels. The room sizes in suites rooms are big, much bigger than other hotels around... This hotel is a high value for money... I would definitely be staying here next time I am in Izmir for work.

Breakfast options were very little.

We loved the location, just a street away from Kordon, we walked everywhere, especially enjoyed the walk by the sea. The breakfast salon has a nice view to the water. Staff was polite and helpful.

There is no cleaning unless you request it.

Central Location, close to markets and bars/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room wasn’t cleaned until we asked for it to be cleaned on day 2 and after that again. We went out of the hotel during the daytime so there was time to clean it, or refresh laundry.

I always say the same thing, I think its a nice hotel Beacuse of the people who work in there and that they were kind 🌟

I think they can put a Coffee machine in the breakfast, maybe for turkish people coffee is not that important but for me its essential to wake up 😅 instant coffe is not that good

The hotel is located in the heart of Izmir, near to Cumhiriyet Meydan where you can take a bus or metro to everywhere. Airport bus stop of line 202 just 500 meters away. Staff were helpful and friendly as well. We were offered a high floor room which has a beautiful view (partial sea view) and the room was really big and comfy.

Location, staff were excellent. Rooms were clean. All day we had coffee in the first floor. Interned was working without any problem. Breakfast was tasty. All was OK. Thanks for all.

It was everything perfect. Bulvar Hotel personal Is so kind and available with us. They pays very much attention to every needs of the clients. Rooms were so much clean and ordered. The hotel Is located so much close to the beautiful centre of Izmir. We Will come back definitively
