The hotel has a large parking area in front, a spacious reception where the staff welcomes you with considerable friendliness and professionalism. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Although the breakfast seems plentiful, it may not necessarily suit everyone's taste, especially Europeans. I didn't really find much to eat. :) No caffe?!

The location is very near the airport, near restaurants, shops and shopping centres which was perfect for us. The staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast was very good.

The room was not very clean. There was a roll of wet and dried toilet paper ready for us. Next to it was a half burnt cigarette fixed to the toilet paper holder. We did not touch it, we left it like that, maybe it is still there. :-)

As we came in, the service was impeccable. The receptionists guided us to the room and brought our suitcases up for us. The room was spacious, clean, had good AC, and a nice big bathroom. Breakfast was traditional turkish, as it should be. After a long travel by plane, this hotel allowed us to feel fully relaxed.

The room we were given received the sunrise around 5am and the curtains were really thin. We couldn't sleep and unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this room as it is now.

The air conditioner doesn’t really cool down properly. The temperature stayed the whole night for 28. Fortunately I’m l a person who bears warm.

They have their own parking, and all staff was able to talk English. I asked extra time from the reception to check out, and they gladly accepted.

There was a bit mold on the shower wall. The mini bar fridge wasn't working, but I'm not sure if I had to power it on.

7minute from airport .bus stop to go Izmir city center is 1 minute . Very comfortable ,spacious and clean room ..staffs are exceptionally kind and helpful with traveling information. Very happy stayed here.

The staff is polite and welcoming, special respect for the young guy who speaks fluent English. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast satisfies my needs for a morning meal. Fresh fruit, juice, tea, or coffee are also offered for breakfast.

Freshly served breakfasts, parking spot for the car and walking distance to the optimum mall where you can get anything you need. Staff was professional and helped us in anything we needed. Comfy beds and air condition was good
