We very much like the apartment a lot. Love the fact that it had five appliances and loved two bathroom with two children. It was also nice to have all the extra supplies even though we did not use them all.

Unfortunately when we woke up the first morning the fridge was leaking. We cleaned up the water and kept an eye on it and it did not leak again. Also the only other thing we did not like is swimming area whirl pool had a lot of children in whirl pool, very young children not attended. Which we of course that is not Blue Mountains responsibility. Adults had to wait for children to leave the whirlpool.

Very pleasant experience. We didn’t expect that the house is super comfortable to stay and spacious. Also during the winter, the heater helps us too that makes the room warm.

We’re a bit lost at the direction as what Google Maps show is another place (Grand Georgian). The staff helped by guiding direction to the Blue Mountain Inn (which turns out our accommodation is in another area). We tried to follow the instructions to find the Home Collection, but still lost. Glad that the staff helped us to guide back to the correct one. Super helpful.

We brought our own breakfast, and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs - utencils and plates were there, and a coffee machine and an electric kettle. We made eggs and had cereal options. There was ample space in the two apartments for us to hang out and eat together and sleep. So that all was good too. bathrooms were well stocked.

Furniture (chairs) need tightening. While the apartments were close, we wanted them next to each other.

We stayed at a two bedroom suite. It was spacious and very comfortable for 4 of us. I specially loved the sunrise view from the living room. The beds were very comfortable!

The TV can be upgraded to a smart TV so we can cast or watch Netflix. There is only one parking spot, we were two couples so we had to park the 2nd car further. (Not a huge deal) I understand during busy season it's limited parking spot

Nice, quiet place in lovely neighborhood location. Place clean, enough towels and all necessities right at your hand rich.

It would be great to have some coasters for cups and glasses and kitchen towels as well.

We got home collection booking but didn’t have a car. Upon arrival, Bruce was kind enough to suggest an alternate as he realized that we wouldn’t be able to have a good stay in home collection without a car. Great experience. Ended up staying in mosaic. It was lovely. The hot tub was fantastic

It was so clean and comfortable. All the staff at check-in were friendly and housekeeping was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and getting to the village was easy. Parking was great, although you needed to get early before 11 a.m.

The bed needs to be updated, as mattress appears to be worn in master bedroom and blinds would be nice in the bedrooms, otherwise you need to keep curtains close to maintain privacy.

Locations great. The two bedroom worked out very well for our stay

The coffee maker didn’t work the first morning but they replaced it well. Given the price of the stay a keurig machine and better coffee would have been more appropriate

Gorgeous views! Tons of fun active things to do for people who love the out doors. Restaurants we’re great

I asked if I could have a birthday surprise left in our room because it wasn’t a busy time (said I was willing to pay for it ,usually it ends up being: wine, a dessert and a nice card) unfortunately they weren’t able to. I’ve done it at many different places in the past.

Great apartment for families. The rooms are big and very comfy. The view of the mountains and the golf course was stunning. Very quiet, you couldn't hear a thing! Stress-free check-in and late check-out.

A few points to highlight but they didn't compromise the stay. The wifi didn't work at all, so signal in the property. The stairs in the front of the apartment are very slippery and it makes very hard to bring up luggage, strollers, and more and down. The area around the property was very dark with minimum light to come and go. We had to turn on the flashlights of our phones to be able to walk from and to the Blue Mountain Village. The single-beds room and bathroom by the entrance door were very cold. The other areas of the apartment were nice and warm, but these two places were freezing cold throughout our stay.
