Everything is great. Just next to the beach. Room was spacious. The resort is in a huge area. Have swimming pool, swing, car parking, everything . The staff is helpful and respond quickly as well.

Come here only if you have a car. Grab is not available at this location. They serve only breakfast. So you need to arrange your own dinner and lunch. They serve meal whenever you want, but those will be ready to eat stuff. And they don't serve after 8.45pm. We reached at 9pm, since our flight got delayed. So there was no dinner. We had to eat cup noodles from the vending machine. So make sure you have a car if you come here, since it is kind of remote area. Would have given 10 rating if grab/car and good was available readily

Walking distance to the beach is a plus point for this resort. My kids really enjoyed here, they made sand castle at the beach, and later spent their time at the swimming pool. Our trip was during the monsoon so we couldn’t sea bathing. I like the family room, so big and spacious, I didn’t expect it to have 2 bathrooms so it’s beyond my expectations. Overall everything here in this resort should be classified more than 2 star hotel

Breakfast is provided as packed food, though I thought it is buffet style. But the taste of nasi lemak ayam is good and it also comes with fruit and dessert. Understandable on the packed food since the cafe is not that big to cater for buffet, but it’s okay and acceptable

Beautiful location, a nice swimming pool, and above all the staff went above and beyond to pick me up from the local bus station when there were no taxis available. And they took me somewhere I could get food as there were no restaurants open nearby. Extremely kind!

Ramadan was likely a big factor, but the lack of a restaurant or amenities close by for food limits the resort. It would be nice to have something where you can sit and eat some food in the evening, but it doesn't have anything like that. The local cats are a bit annoying when you're trying to eat too! But not the fault of the resort really.

Great location for relaxing vacation, near the beach, great view of a beach from our room and very cozy. There a lots of celup tepung restaurants nearby and keropok lekor stalls if you want to bring home fresh keropok lekor. Near to jetty to Pulau Redang. Abit far from Kuala Terengganu. Have to drive about 45 minutes to get there. To be honest we don’t mind. They also have activities you can do that the resort provides. Like releasing baby turtles, atv, kayak. But if you wanted to release the baby turtles, it depends on of the turtle eggs availability. Breakfast is provided 8-10 am

The room is quite big and the environment is gorgeous. The gate at the back opens directly on Pantai Penarik and is stunning. Breakfast was also generous and the staff packed it for us because we were leaving early. Very helpful and kind staff even though we arrived very late (sorry!)

The placement of the showerhead is a bit awkward and if you're not lucky you will drench your clothes that you put on the sink bench or on the clothes hooks. However, the showerhead can be moved/ adjusted. Water was never hot.

Close to beach, lots of trees which is a blessing because they kept the place cool. many garden chairs and tables to relax and bbq, cute resident cats. Housekeeping staff were polite, they cleaned the room daily and provided disposable toothbrushes and shampoo. well maintained hotel grounds.

Water filter was not functioning, but bottle water provided. Tends to be a little noisy and many people when there is team building event in the hotel grounds. Luckily our room was not that close to the event.

The sea-facing room was superb! Spacious, comfortable, and definitely with a killer view of the ocean. You can see sunrise from the comfort of your own room balcony. Go for the sea-facing room if you're going to book your stay here. Overall, the resort ambience is truly welcoming and instantly makes you feel warm and cosy inside. With its highly affordable price, we will come back for our next eastern coastal beach getaway!

Our short stay. That was the only thing we didn't like.

It is my second time here after 10 years. So many changes happened. Location is superb. Few steps to the beach. Pool is very close. My kids played in the pool while i was watching from my balcony. Seaview room was so worth it. There is a lovely cafe/bakery in the premise. It is operated by owner's daughter. Guest can order breakfast package there. We only had their croissant. My wife really loved it. Had awesome chat with the owner. Almost 1.5 hours talking. I learned about the story of the resort and how he incorporates his kids into the business. Learned a lot from him. During check out, he waited for us and gave my kids duit raya envelope! We really love our stay here and will come again to Penarik and this resort for sure.

Bathroom sliding door could use some greasing. Thats all

Room is spacious, neat and clean..we booked 3 rooms for our big family..2 triple sharing and 1 King Bed with seaview. Location is great..walking distance to penarik beach and close to other ICT restaurant..kedai runcit.. Packed food for breakfast..nasi dagang, bahulu, cut fruits, tea n coffee - no issues for us Simple Tea/coffee making facilities Simple shower soap n shampoo

Nothing is unpleasant actually but guest will appreciate more if could add more for tea/sugar making facilities as well as shower soap ☺️

The environment of the resort very peaceful and clean. The sea view was really nice, got to see sunrise. The room also big and clean, feel cool in the morning even not using aircond. Also near to restaurant (5 minutes to penarek) that also give you beautiful scenery while eating. I am very satisfy with the service.
