Great staff. They were always so happy and helpful. The pool was great and there was a small beach close by that had clear water just a little bit of plastic/rubbish sadly. The aircon was so good. The tours were great especially the snorkelling ones. They ran out of some choices on the menu but the food that was there was nice with eastern and western choices.

Wifi was horrific. Room needed a little maintenance. Island wasn’t easy to get around. Could’ve done with some cocktails on the menu

everthing just okey,just need u must improve about the breakfast ....i know back to back guest,but all the food finish...also sugar need to use only him give why bever topup i coming 8am untill 8.40 am still not refill the food....i see still so many guest not coming yet!i see the staff got the list who many customer,why still not enough?please,please and please!!please arlert about the food and quality the food?

room lighting was dark it is an old hotel and so facilities like bathroom was dated not sure about the pricing -quite expensive for what you get

friendly staff, 5 mins from Jetty Kampung.

due to the 3-4 yrs closure coz by covid, the resort just recently reopened, currently still under progress of restoring of their facilities, including phone line and water pipes. The new hired chef seems like need more experience and training.

The staff were amazing and super friendly. The driver was very keen to pick us up and drop us off wherever we were going. We had to do some laundry whilst staying at the resort and the receptionist offered to support with a bank transfer to withdraw cash (as there's no ATM on the island). The swimming pool was sensational, and the activities they arranged were excellent fun! We did the three point snorkeling with sea turtles, played some snooker, and did the evening boat trip to long beach. They have an on-site masseuse who was fantastic. The rooms themselves had very comfy beds and great air conditioning.

The pictures didn't exactly reflect reality, the gym equipment was rusted and broken. The only thing you could use were the dumbbells. I booked a family room and the hot water didn't work in the sink or the shower (Room 400). On our last morning the breakfast bar was only half stocked so we had to have toast as the only available option in the time we had. Overall it was quite expensive in comparison to similar places we stayed at in Malaysia.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, Ariff on reception was super, resto staff and recreational staff tops !

I liked that it was more quiet and not super busy all the time. The reason for this is that you don't have the beach close to you and have to take a taxi (boat) to the beach or other spots. Hence most people are gone during the day leaving the actual resort to be peaceful. Also their snorking and activities were very well priced and arranged for guests so you can go and book whichever (as long as min number of people for group is met). These were good services.

Well if I wanted to go to the beach it was not just a walk there. There was specific times when you could take the boat. It did cost extra to take the boat, though not too bad. Food options were very limited. Some of the food on their menu were not even available. The fact that that's the only place you can eat ( unless you go to the beach and buy at the other resort hotels). The prices for the food were also more expensive than other places because they can charge you that since you don't have a lot of options.

Breakfast .. no variety of food.. nothing represent local food standard.. even other 3 stars hotel/resort can provide much variety food.. paid to stay almost 1k and the food they provide is worst! A la carte - nasi goreng “istimewa” .. istimewa means special.. there is nothing special about the fried rice..it comes with fried egg, 2 sticks of chicken satay(small size),and fried chicken(small size too)..they serve it in small portion in a big plate? .. ready cooked and pre heated in oven fried rice? Are you kidding me??!

Stay in family chalet. Great hospitality from front desk,waiters for breakfast, driver and the organizer for snorkeling trips. They make us feel connected as family. Afiq, Amirul, Sidah and others to name a few.

Perhaps prepare sufficient cups for beverages and white towels.

They provide transport from room to jetty and jetty to room, the price includes breakfast and has many facilities like a swimming pool, wifi, cafe shop and all the staff give a great service.

Far from anything. This hotel is like a private hotel and it is on a hill. A little far from the jetty. The hotel only provides breakfast. if you want to eat lunch or dinner, you have to buy it yourself. if you want to go somewhere else, you need to rent a motorbike or a taxi. the atmosphere is a little gloomy because the hotel is old.
