The ambience and scenery is perfect for quick short vacation.

While I appreciate the resort’s amenities and overall experience, I was surprised by the 4 pm check-in time. Typically, check-in is around 2 pm, which would allow guests more time to settle in and enjoy the facilities. Considering the premium price per night, an earlier check-in time would enhance the overall value and guest satisfaction.

To maintain cleanliness in area block C, there is small outside towards beach require maintenance

The property was newly refurbished and took over from Gem Beach Resort. The building was properly maintained and managed, and they are still upgrading some space in the compound area.

There is no elevator from the hotel lobby to get to your room block which might cause diffulties for parents with stroller or people with disabilities who are using wheel chair. And there is no proper bell boy who cah help and assist you to get all your luggage or bags to the room, they just get some help from the normal workers there to do that (sometime thy are sweating and their sweats stick at your bags - this is minus points for me BUT it can be addressed and improve)

The room set up and concept as well as the view.

Not convenient for who bring luggage from lobby to hotel room even as everywhere were just stairs. Imagine you have a few heavy luggage very tiring.

The reception staff were very friendly. Our most sincere heartfelt thanks to this very outstamding staff who's named, Iffah. Her exuberance in explaining things were very precise, it's satisfying. Thanks Iffah for making our 6-nights stay a wonderful wonderful experience. See you in November 2025, BVR!

The foyer and reception area is separated by staircase which a huge disappointment. You'd have to carry all your luggages by yourself up to the reception area. What a turn off. There are no ramps for those who are wheelchair-bound, making the place as a no-no for elderlies. You'd have to walk far and take the stairs up and down all the way to your rooms.

I really liked the room it's very clean,comfy and relaxing.The view from our room is very nice.The staff was very friendly.

Firstly, the room bathroom didn't have any hook so it's hard to hang our clothes. The access from car park to our room very far and bit hard specially if u have a lot of things to carry. Plus, the water pressure is very slow.I recommend hotel management to add in a machine to fasten the water supply.

Air cond not maximized not reaching fully to bed area. Pls improvise. Not comfortable with the bidete and sink at toilet yellowish need to be replaced new. my suggestion pls add deem light near bed head/divan area.

The beach view. The resort was also quite beautiful. The breakfast terrace was cozy. Breakfast by the beach; brought own tikars.

The receptionist was not friendly and bit arrogant. Not that good wt manners. She needs training and more patience and politeness and respect when talking. Also she must understand customers late arrival so tired already. Understand it. Priotizing - emphasize on it.

Bidong View Resort is family-friendly with a fun space-themed kids' pool and rooms conveniently near the dining area. Near to the beach. Ootd spots everywhere.

However, the lack of stairs or ramps to the dining area makes it less accessible for the elderly. A good stay overall, but accessibility could be improved. Plus no lifeguards and towel provided near swimming pool area.
