WIFI stops and one needs to keep connecting, but the signal is good. Despite being there for many years, it's a well maintained hostel. Perfect location with the ocean outside your window! Epic view from the terrace. Quiet in low season but it may be lively with groups in Spring/Summer. Very very clean!! They even provide pristine white towels. If you're into surfing and go with friends, it's perfect! Breakfast is continental and basic, but fine. There's even cake! :)

The location of the youth hostel right on the Atlantic is amazing. Super friendly staff. The apartment is basic, but we knew that and it wasn't a problem. There is even a simple breakfast and a great terrace. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The proximity to the Atlantic means that the sound of the waves is very loud. But it drowned out the other tour groups and we were able to sleep well :)

Beachside location, with private terrace overlooking the sea. Very helpful English-speaking staff. I booked late for New Year's Eve and had to pay for a private twin room, but the view from there was outstanding, looking SW into the setting winter sun across the beach and sea. Perfectly situated room to enjoy fireworks at midnight in my underpants, and yet, with the window closed not too noisy thereafter. Plenty of places to hang clothes in my room. Worth 9.5/10 thanks to the sea view.

Sadly no kitchen facilities, but a good continental type breakfast was included in the price. Shared bathroom.

The location is absolutely perfect could not get any better. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away from the hostel if you want to go into Lisbon for the day- it is about an hour bus ride.

It could use some maintenance in the bathrooms and rooms just a couple fixes. I thought there would be a kitchen available to use but there isn’t- they have a kitchen but it is not available to use but there is a microwave. For the price and location it was a great stay.

The location is perfect, beach front, apartment has a good size for 4 people. It's a very simple hostel but I really enjoyed the stay.

There wasn't iron available, and if you are looking for a calm place to sleep in the summer it can be a problem since the bars stay open with music and people being laughing all the night. The breakfast is very simple, don't raise your expectations.

I stayed in this hostel in low season and enjoyed its tranquility. It met my expectations, especially for the little money I paid.

Perfect location, good value for money, simple but good breakfast, good facilities for surfing.

Needed fans in rooms as no breeze the night we stayed & it was baking hot.

We absolutely loved sleeping and listening to the surf. It is closer to the beach than all the expensive hotels! This is really the best place to stay in the whole area. The staff just blew us away. We were the only ones in the whole place so it was a bit different, but they gave us amazing advice, free cakes, and were just absolutely welcoming.

Kitchen is closed because of Covid.

The hostel is in a great location for the beach and restaurants. Awesome staff who were very helpful. Real value for money.
