O.M.G. I had dinner in the restaurant, and I think I had one of the best fillets I've ever eaten! Dinner was reasonably priced — and the food was excellent. The hotel is slightly off the path for the Camino de Santiago — but not significantly so. It's worth going off the path for this one!

A quirk of the hotel is that the lift/elevator stops on the "half" floor, or the landing between floors. That could be difficult for someone with accessibility issues who would have to navigate stairs by either walking up or down half a flight.

Great location in Padron, right next to the beautiful bridge. The guy on reception was really friendly and helpful and made sure we knew how the spa element operates Our room was set in the grounds of the hotel right next to the thermal pool. It was a great size, modern and fluffy dressing gowns were provided. The only gripe was we booked twin beds but they were pushed together and could not be separated. Being friends, it felt a bit up close and personal. We didn't use the Spa or pool, mainly because it was busy. Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a bun fight as padrons pushed their way through to grab their continental offerings, of which there was plenty.

The hotel is very tired and not of the standard of a British Spa hotel yet the price is pretty high for what you get.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay along Camino (a few blocks off of the actual Camino). Staff were very kind and helpful. Easy to explore Padròn, and I was given great info on what to see + do when I checked in.

Breakfast/coffee service didn't begin until 8:30am (due to slower season, I believe). I left at 7:30am, and was able to find coffee across the main road, but would have loved to have had it available at the hotel!

Staying here feels like stepping back in time. This charming, family-run hotel exudes warmth and hospitality, with wonderfully kind staff who make you feel right at home. While breakfast is simple, don’t miss the dinner — it’s truly exceptional and a highlight of the stay. The location is unbeatable: just a stone’s throw from the city center and perfectly situated right on the Camino.

Great location near the old town and lots of restaurants and bars/cafes. This is an older hotel with "old world charm" decor - room was comfy and perfectly sized for two of us and our backpacks. Bathroom was a bit small but great powered and hot shower. Restaurant downstairs serves good food (although a little more expensive than some of the otherplaces nearby). Recommended!

The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, and old town. The Camino perfectly aligned with this hotel location. The front desk was informative and provided a map for local points of interest. The room and bed were comfortable. They also have the best oversized bath towels.

Older style hotel, could use a little bit of remodeling. But it’s still great.

The location was perfect. The receptionist gave me a map and pointed out all the best locations to visit in the area and gave me. Short history of the location which was so interesting and informative. The attached restaurant offered great food that Was one of the best meals i experienced in my trip. The bath was a luxurious after walking the Camino for 300kms at this point . Highly recommend!

There was nothing to dislike

After a few days in hostels on the Camino, I was pleased to have a room to myself. I found it to be clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I ate in the restaurant when I arrived and have to say the food was delicious, despite being quite expensive by comparison to other restaurants. That said, it was great quality and very convenient.

Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable. The early breakfast and laundry next door were a big bonus. Ever better- the fantastic lunch at Chef Rivera’s restaurant!

Wish I had known or thought to reserve breakfast the night before. Still able to get a very nice coffee and toast from very accommodating staff, but the prearranged breakfasts looked great.

Room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Location is excellent, very near everything and the laundry next door is brilliant. Restaurant downstairs is good and offers good food. Receptionists are very polite, helpful and accommodating. The lift is handy when one is so tired after a long walk and all one can think about is a good rest.
