The hotel is ideally placed and is very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and efficient and overnight parking is available in the secure underground garage. many of the staff speak English and nothing is too much trouble. The food is a buffet and is very good. Starter, main course, wine, dessert and coffee for 18 euros.

I have nothing to criticize, this is our second visit and we would definitely return. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very clean and staff really friendly. The breakfast was very good and included in the price of the booking. Dinner was priced extra, but good value and the red house wine was good. A short walk to the local town

Unfortunately if you wanted to use the swimming pool, this was not included as it was part of the SPA and so was extra. The gym we weren't sure if this was included in the booking price.

It is a spa hotel located 10 km from Santiago. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

No free parking, bathrooms should be maintained more frequently. Entrance to the spa is 21 EUR per person for two hours.

Location, the spa, fantastic staff.

Only criticism is there is no bar o the hotel outside of the cafeteria opening hours. A good few bars within walking distance helped. Just lost revenue for the hotel as we ate out every night.

It was nice to relax in the spa after walking the camino. The hotel was very nice but it is starting to show its age and could do with a little updating. It's a 20 minute (easy) bus ride to Santiago. If you want a spa then it's absolutely fine.

The room was very comfortable, quiet sorroundings, free parking nearby. Travelling by car, its a suitable location for visiting Santiago de Compostela (useful the parking Juan XXIII that is near the Cathedral) and for visiting Carnota with its huge ¨horreo¨ Very good breakfast, many options from fruits to jam, cheese, etc.

There wasn´t hair conditioner

Suite had a half-fridge. Very spacious suite. Very clean.

Very small paper cups in the room. 70s style wall mounted hair dryer. No in-room coffeemaker and no cafe in the hotel. Even in the dining room, coffee was provided via automatic self-serve machine. Wifi was very sporadic: 10-88 mbps

Nice spacious rooms Has a lift Good regular bus service into Santiago every 30 mins. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Great breakfast catered for all diets.

The location was a bit out of the way The beds were a bit hard for me and we had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning and were too hot the second night

Room was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast there. The location is fantastic. We use the spa every day for 9 days. It was awesome. The stuff members are very nice, and helpful.

Very specious room with beautiful view, next to bus stop. Delicious breakfast, lunch. Stuff assistance exeptional and extremely friendly. Outstanding Water treatments inside the swimming pools, and sauna and other Gym facilities. Short distance to shops & restaurants. Next to Small church 'Capela da Nosa Senora de Guadalupe'
