The room was nice enough and it had all the facilities working well. It was also surprisingly quiet

This particular room has a window that does a corner in the bedroom and the curtains just don’t cover it properly. A lot of light comes in. Not great for trying to get a toddler to sleep. I think no other rooms in that floor have this, so that was a shame. The garage is a precision exercise to get in/out and to fit into many of the spots. It would have been nice if there had been non-dairy alternative to the milk/yoghurt at breakfast table.

The breakfast was very good. Fruits, breads, cheeses, etc. 2 coffee machines: my wife had cappuccinos y had cafe con leche. The staff at this buffet style breakfast were very nice as well. We rented a car, and the available (for about 15USD a day) underground parking was a definite plus. If renting a car, try to get as small a car as you can manage, as many of the parking structures are a bit tight to manage!

Their elevators were a bit slow and small. Dinner offerings at their bar/café are good, even though they explained to us, not to expect a full restaurant menu. However, they had very limited table sitting. People ended up having dinner while on the couches at the lobby area. One last item, the Cathedral area is about 25 min walk, taxis are scarce! There is no uber service in Santiago.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff at Bar/Restaurant on first floor was awful. We briefly sat at the bar to look at the dinner menu and were treated very rudely. We just wanted to see what they offered and the time they eopned. We were snottily told you need a reservation. which we already knew. No one had explained a QR code for the details on hotel so we did not know this.

At breakfast, apparently there is a lack of staff available. Coffee maker not working due to empty milk container, bread corner completely empty, no spoons available for porridge. Fruit corner not refilled. Even if the over all assortment is good, some things are often not available. Stayed there for 3 days. It happened repeatedly. No complaints about the friendliness of the staff.

The location is excellent to get into and out of town, specially for those who have students at the Campus, which is our case. The access to the Cathedral and the ' casco viejo' is also not very far, about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is quite nice and breakfast was also nice and on the top floor, with a very nice green view all around.

At least our bedrooms would already welcome some refurbishment. Mind the entrance/exit from the garage: extremely tight and tricky.

24 hour reception, staff all friendly and helped my family and I find locations and recommended places to eat.Rooms very clean and tidy .Breakfast had a large variety of foods to eat from.Hotel very clean as well ,good decor.

I wish location was closer to central as taxis are hard to get.-Didn't get a city view .

The location of hotel was excellent, breakfast was tasty on the top floor too. I booked a suite so I had plenty of space to myself. The staff in general were very good and chatty as well.

Could not get any english speaking stations on the tv and I also missed tea and coffee facilities in my suite.

The Hotel was really nice, after doing the camino, we need a quiet and very comfortable place to stay and it exceeded our expectations, room had everything we needed and it served us as great finish point after our trip.

Location although it was walking distance from everything, still you were not at the center and the area is not that well conected with the city center if you want to go by bus.

It was off season. The breakfast buffet, for which I was charged only 10 Euros, is a wonder. It doesn't have gluten free bread but I brought my own (I am a celiac) so that was not a concern. The scrambled eggs were perfectly done, the fresh fruit was excellent - all in all an excellent value. The WIFI worked well, the bed was comfortable, the window opened (often a problem in modern hotels), there is a DIA supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, the University is only 3 minutes away. I have stayed there many times and will be staying there again in June. The hotel has an inner courtyard that runs the whole hotel that is a joy and a delight with hanging flowers.

One could mention that the light on the desk had burned out and didn't work. And that the chair at the desk was broken and fell apart. But these things happen and just use caution when sitting in a chair so you are not hurt!.

Lovely welcome, nice suite, comfy bed, good bathroom. Reported fridge not working and it was fixed promptly.

Curtains do not completly cover windows in bedroom. No main lights in lounge or bedroom, only lamps so dimly lit. No good for working or reading.
