Spacious rooms with fantastic bathrooms, probably the best bathrooms I have come across in Europe so far. Close to the old town of Santiago de Compostela, location could not be better if you are driving. Access by car to and from the hotel is easy. There is a Mexican Taco/Burito restaurant right next to the hotel which we really enjoyed. There is also a supermarket right next door which was very convenient.

The carpark is challenging, lots of columns, tight spaces, one needs to be very careful. The hotel decor is a bit old fashion. Staff not very friendly or engaging or perhaps this was due to us not speaking Spanish.

Perfectly located - just a short stroll to the old town but in the heart of the newer section with shopping and restaurants that are a bit less touristy. The hotel itself is pretty old school but in a comfortable, luxurious kind of way. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic as well. The staff could not have been any nicer and allowed us to check in super early.

Need to have a kettle and coffee service in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

They immediately replaced a light bulb once I had reported it to them. Central location was good. The 6a airport bus drops nearby and is just 1E fare. We got off at the 'centre' rather than the bus station. We checked in 3 hours early with no problems. Breakfast is good quality with a small selection of gluten free cakes and bread. Apart from cereals and eggs there was nothing available for vegetarians. Breakfast period from 7-11am daily in pleasant ground floor coffee shop which is open to the public after breakfast. Housekeeping was good. Gym available. Massage payable on site.

Older style 5 star hotel but no tea maker in room, although they gave us a kettle when we asked. Currently (Feb 2025) floor 2 is having some building work so there is intermittent noise in the daytime. Also, our 4th floor room overlooked the main street and at 4am during 2 of our 4 nights we were awoken by people leaving a nightclub opposite. We could hear people chatting in other rooms at one point so soundproofing is not too good. Breakfast - Apart from cereals and eggs there was nothing available for vegetarians.

Great spacious double room more like a suite, with huge comfortable bed and furnishings, also lobby and stairwells with furniture and great artworks. Location close to shops, restaurants, old city and cathedral. Helpful staff, and they stored our luggage while we walked the Camino trail.

No facility in room to make tea or coffee, but this may be usual in Spain?

One can still see and feel the luxury but the hotel is outdated and should no longer be classified as a five star hotel. The laundry service wasn't available, the room service dinner was delivered in multiple trips and wasn't set up in any way to accommodate the various dishes. It was as if room service was a novelty for the hotel and they weren't quite used to deliver food to the rooms. The staff was nice enough but I felt they were out of touch, and similar to the hotel seemed to have remained frozen in that same bygone era.

Central location! Very responsive and pleasant staff who took all preferences into account during check-in — much appreciated! Clean sheets, spotless cleanliness! No bedbugs :) — reviews about other hotels were scary, but everything is fine here! Great balcony! A separate room before the bathroom!

The door creaked when entering the room, and I could also hear the doors creaking in the neighboring room.

It was a lovely hotel with very ornate features. Exceptionally clean throughout.

Unlike most, we weren’t there for a city break. We were there for a concert. So our holiday was probably different to many of the people who would normally be there. We spent quite a lot of time by the pool. The sunbeds were pretty uncomfortable and they really needed some cushions. The other thing was about the pool in that it has no shallow end so you can’t just get in and have a paddle which is what I would normally do when the water isn’t heated (as it wasn’t here). Overall though it was a great stay and we would return but it would just be nice to have some cushions for the beds at the very least, even if they were an optional paid for extra.

During my recent stay at Eurostars Araguaney, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming and attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself could benefit from some refurbishing. While the overall ambiance is decent, I noticed some black mold in the shower area, which was a bit concerning. This indicates a need for better maintenance and possible updates to the facilities to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests. Despite these issues, the service provided by the staff was remarkable, and I hope to see improvements in the hotel's condition on my next visit.

Our shower was blocked, causing the water to drain slowly. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate, as we could easily hear the conversations from the neighboring room.

Just finished the camino & had a room for 3 people.Three single beds.Very spacious room & very comfortable for three adults.Bathroom in its own space as we had a seperate hallway in the room which was great. Location was superb to the city & a few minutes walk from the bus stop that brings you to the airport for €1.00 Loads of restaurants & shops etc near hotel. Would really recommend

The rooms are a very good size and have a table and two chairs which is nice as you don’t have to sit on the bed. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are nice. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom and the shower is quite large. The staff are friendly

Overall the hotel is clean. However when the room was cleaned during our stay there were crumbs left in the floor.
