Great spacious double room more like a suite, with huge comfortable bed and furnishings, also lobby and stairwells with furniture and great artworks. Location close to shops, restaurants, old city and cathedral. Helpful staff, and they stored our luggage while we walked the Camino trail.

No facility in room to make tea or coffee, but this may be usual in Spain?

They immediately replaced a light bulb once I had reported it to them. Central location was good. The 6a airport bus drops nearby and is just 1E fare. We got off at the 'centre' rather than the bus station. We checked in 3 hours early with no problems. Breakfast is good quality with a small selection of gluten free cakes and bread. Apart from cereals and eggs there was nothing available for vegetarians. Breakfast period from 7-11am daily in pleasant ground floor coffee shop which is open to the public after breakfast. Housekeeping was good. Gym available. Massage payable on site.

Older style 5 star hotel but no tea maker in room, although they gave us a kettle when we asked. Currently (Feb 2025) floor 2 is having some building work so there is intermittent noise in the daytime. Also, our 4th floor room overlooked the main street and at 4am during 2 of our 4 nights we were awoken by people leaving a nightclub opposite. We could hear people chatting in other rooms at one point so soundproofing is not too good. Breakfast - Apart from cereals and eggs there was nothing available for vegetarians.

It was a lovely hotel with very ornate features. Exceptionally clean throughout.

Unlike most, we weren’t there for a city break. We were there for a concert. So our holiday was probably different to many of the people who would normally be there. We spent quite a lot of time by the pool. The sunbeds were pretty uncomfortable and they really needed some cushions. The other thing was about the pool in that it has no shallow end so you can’t just get in and have a paddle which is what I would normally do when the water isn’t heated (as it wasn’t here). Overall though it was a great stay and we would return but it would just be nice to have some cushions for the beds at the very least, even if they were an optional paid for extra.

We booked three nights here as a reward after the camino and were very pleased! Huge rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom, helpful staff, great wifi. Our only regret is not trying the sauna downstairs. We didn't book the breakfast option wince we are not breakfast people; we went down to the restaurant for just a coffee each morning and the staff were charged us for just the coffee. Great location in the "real" town away from the tour groups, but just a few minutes' walk away from attractions.

During my recent stay at Eurostars Araguaney, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming and attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself could benefit from some refurbishing. While the overall ambiance is decent, I noticed some black mold in the shower area, which was a bit concerning. This indicates a need for better maintenance and possible updates to the facilities to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests. Despite these issues, the service provided by the staff was remarkable, and I hope to see improvements in the hotel's condition on my next visit.

Our shower was blocked, causing the water to drain slowly. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate, as we could easily hear the conversations from the neighboring room.

The rooms are a very good size and have a table and two chairs which is nice as you don’t have to sit on the bed. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are nice. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom and the shower is quite large. The staff are friendly

Overall the hotel is clean. However when the room was cleaned during our stay there were crumbs left in the floor.

The room was so beautiful and there is a minibar… It was close to everything to the train station to supermarket and also to the old city with modern shops and also 2 shops for hiking decathlon and another one…its in the part of the city that is more flat and modern but you must go to the old part where is the cathedral and touristic part..they have a sauna at the hotel… they have very good breakfast I really recommend it

I was there a few nights but booked each night separately trough booking … At one point the toilet needed to be fixed but they managed to fix it ! I preferred not to move to another room… At some point there were noise from the next room at the end of the night but they said to me after that i could talk to the receptionist any time at night they have 24/7 service …they give very good cervise and booked a taxi for me🙏🦋🫶😘

great room, very comfortable and lot of space. Good internet access through hotel WiFi. Very good breakfast, variety of fruits, bakery, differents kind of ham, scrambled and fried eggs and a really good coffee. Excellent hotel location, very central, close to historical city, train station and University buildings.

TV channels really bad with tons of very old movies and series. No sport channels

The older gentleman at reception when we arrived was delightfully helpful and friendly.

The man who was serving breakfast was rude to me when I sat at a table of four instead of two. Other people were also seated at larger tables but I felt that he targeted me because I was a woman seated alone. Once my husband arrived, he kept his distance. The hotel seemed old and not worthy of a five star rating.

What a great place to stay. Beautiful hotel, full of artworks. Our family room was huge with very comfortable bed/pillows plus a large sofa bed which was also very comfy (4 year old slept like a log). Staff were so friendly. Great location just a short stroll from the old town and cathedral. Car park with direct access to the hotel do very easy with lots of luggage. Breakfast selection is very good and when you order drinks from the bar they bring you complimentary cruises/tapas. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Just one minor point. The bar is located in a cafeteria so not a very comfortable setting. Didn’t upset us or put us off but some people might not appreciate it…
