Rooms was clean and girls on reception gives a good service.

I am sad and a little disappointed. I was a guide with a group of 10 people, and it was my second time in this hotel. And one old lady from my group forgot her glasses case on reception. She tried to take it from reception, and started alarm. Was a sign that asked to don't go to reception, but problem that she speaks just russian and German, not English and Spanish.  After in the morning owner of the hotel kicked me out and she said that I cannot come to this place never again. This was not pleasant, lady owner was screaming to us. Unfortunately it happened, and lady from my group was really scared. I give 8 stars, just because of this situation. 

I arrived late as my flight and buses were delayed, the instructions to enter the hotel and room after hours were spot on, the room was exactly what I needed; comfortable bed and great shower before getting a good night sleep

The room was tight, but given that I was there for only one night and effectively to get a good night sleep, it definitely was fit for purpose and more than reasonably priced and close to the bus station for my onward journey the next morning

It's a very simple and easy going hotel option in Santiago. The room was pretty small, but for the price you can't potentially get better than that. They allowed me check in prior to the official check-in time, and the staff was next level friendly helping me out with advice. Also the location is superb-close to the historical center and a brisk walk to the train station.

The room was a bit too dark, having the only window facing inner shaft. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and in the vending machine downstairs no hot water available, but it's a 2* hotel, so I guess it's fine. The code to the front door changes at some point in the evening, so my card didn't work anymore, but there was someone waiting with a new card: good thing I didn't come back at 3 am :)

The room was adequate but the view from the window was of walls of other close-by buildings. The safe parking was in an underground car park about 200 yards away so made carrying cases a tough job for an old codger like me. Location was great as only a ten minute walk from the famous old town which of course was where everybody wants to go to see the end of the various Camino's taking place. Close to local cafes for breakfast and shops to pick up bits and pieces.

Overall there was nothing that was bad about the place. Yes the lift landing could have been bigger as could the lift as one person and luggage filled them up. The one froghtening aspect was getting out of the car park! Getting in was awkward, but getting out required some nervous moves close to unyielding walls and column but that was managed despite the sensors screaming at me!

The staff was excellent on all aspects of my stay. They accommodate us with storage of our backpacks before check in. This is the first hotel that has offered a map of the Centro area. It's always nice to have while walking around and not always looking at your phone. Save your data for your trip! Also very quiet, most hotels you can always hear people coming in because the doors close loudly.

I can't say anything negatively about this place.

The location was outstanding and my room although small was more than adequate and it was exceptionally clean. The elevator was excellent and readily available and the staff was unbelievably friendly I especially loved Teresa and Julio at the front desk.

Somehow I wasn't aware that there was no air conditioning in the room. Since the weather had changed it didn't really matter that much except it was raining every day so consequently was pretty damp. There is air conditioning on Floors three and four so I would advise making sure that you are on one of those two floors.

This was our second year staying at this lovely hotel. We chose it because of its location, close to the city centre and walking distance to all the gems that S de C. has to offer also a short walk up the hill from the train station. Bus to airport stop across the street. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay and the friendly and very informative staff made the experience worthwhile. We left our bags with them until 6 pm, so we could go around the city easily after checking out. The room was clean and a decent size, and the bed was very confortable. I would stay again.

The only downside is the check out time, for me, 11 am is a little early.

The place has an incredible location. 2 blocks away from where the action is. Staff is amazingly nice, property is well mantained, super clean and they will go out of their way to make you feel at home. It is like staying at a relatives home (one that you really like)

My only complain, but nothing bad really is the fact that my room didn’t have A/C although it wasn’t needed because the weather was really nice. My fathers room did have A/C so keep in mind to ask for a room that is as cool as you need it

I stayed here the night after finishing the Camino and it was great. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and it was in a perfect location, very close to the cathedral and old town. I checked out in the morning and they held onto my luggage until that evening which was brilliant.
