Location. Excellent for train station and old town.

The hotel is a little tired. Check in is done by two very overworked waiters. If you arrive at a busy time, they barely have the time to book you in, let alone attend the tables. They were great, but you don’t get the welcome to our establishment feel. We stayed three nights. The noise outside on the Friday was very loud until about 2 am which is to be expected in Spain when there is a bar below. However, the room was badly soundproofed and guests were waking us up coming back until 6 am. Saturday and Sunday night were better.

Location in the old city, but also not far from the stations - train and bus. Very convenient for all the historic sites - the cathedral and museums and parks. Loads of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, including a bakers and restaurant in the same building. Good sized room, big comfortable beds, with electric radiator if needed. Very clean and safe with key code entry - there’s no staffed reception. Able to leave bags on last day when checked out.

Expect the sounds of the city in the early hours …

Location is fantastic - all major tourist sites are between 5-10 min walk. Bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, bathroom was tidy. Got an electronic code to get into the building and room which was handy!

The location listed is completely different to the actual location. We struggled to find the hotel initially. The only way to speak to the hotel manager is via the phone and the one we spoke to didn’t understand English so just be mindful of it!

Location worked well, easy access walking around to the Cathedral and shopping. Short ride by taxi to the train station. The room was very comfortable and vary clean. Bathroom was very clean and easy to use the shower/bathtub.

Breakfast was basic with limited space for eating.

We only stayed one night but we loved the rustic decor and the very comfy bed. There was also a heater which made the room very cosy. We got the bus from the airport and didn't have a clue where to get off so we tracked it on Google maps, rang the bus bell near the hotel and it was a 1 minute walk from the bus stop. Perfect. Walking distance of all the sights and restaurants etc

Nothing. As we arrived late (approx midnight) we had to ring a whatsapp number for someone to come and let us in. It was only 10 minutes which was not long but we were just glad it wasn't raining. This wouldn't be an issue in summer

This was an actual hotel with a small reception. The owner was there. He was very kind, joyful, and helpful. He gave us a great recommendation for breakfast. The place was located in the old city which was perfect for our needs. Our room was very clean, especially the newer bathroom. Our beds were comfortable and clean. There were extra blankets which I used because the weather turned cold.

The overall look of the place is that it needs a good deep clean and to be a bit more modernized. Trying to charge our phones and tablets was very difficult and not all of the electric switches worked.

The hotel was in a good location on a plaza with a couple of really excellent restaurants on the doorstep and within easy walking distance of the market and the Cathedral.

It was fairly irregularly staffed so when we had questions or needed assistance getting a taxi on the morning we checked out that was a little frustrating. There was no aircon in the room - which was fine for us because the temperature was relatively mild but could be a problem if it was really hot.

Amazing location. Super close to everything. The room was enormous, with two huge windows overlooking the street. The bathroom was new and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant staff double as Hotel staff. There's a really cute restaurant underneath the hotel and you can buy food and beer and wine and take it to your room.

There isn't really a hotel staff presence. A coffee or tea setup would have been nice.

Stunning character room bigger than expected . Clean and tidy . Location is excellent to the town and within all tourists attractions . Restaurant and bar downstairs served really good food .Limited menu but very good . Baggage storage available . Shutters that open over street .

Would have liked a bottle of water in room on arrival . Also tea/ coffee facilities .We however new they did not have this so brought our own . Can be noisy as on the street but shutters closed removed most of the noise . Carpet on public staircase Could be replaced , not an issue for us .

Loved this rustic style hotel. Located short walking distance to Cathedral and to Airport Bus 6A route. Felt very welcoming and homely when I arrived. From other reviews I made sure to read text instructions and checked in online and followed directions and it was easy. Rustic beadroom, absolutely spotless toilets and showers. Great bar and restaurant with good food. Fantastic view of the streets made you feel in the thick of everything. Lovely sitting outside to eat or coffee or simply chat with other Camino peregrinos. Staff fabulous.

I would give this place a 9 overall but for noise at night-time from the streets and I hate to mention it. I was awaken at 4 am to loud voices from locals (sounded spanish) that went on for a while. This was immediately followed by lovers quarrell shouting at each other for over an hour then at 6 am cleaning trucks arrived so no sleep from 4 am and I had 22km walk to do next day. Perhaps this was a one off series of unfortunate events.
