I already rated this hotel highly for location value accessibility to airport, train station and historic centre i stayed twice this month however I omitted to say how great it is to be able to book a single room and not have to pay for a double as a solo traveller

Walking distance from the city centre. Very clean room and bathroom. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, providing good quality sleep. Electric socket next to the bed for charging devices.

The room was a single room and I didn’t expect anything spacious. However, the floor space is very limited, but it has a small built in desk and chair as well as a wardrobe with sliding doors. The construction is not soundproof and when a large group of noisy guests started packing and leaving at 04h00 in the morning, it woke me up. You can also hear people talk in the room next door.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. We were walking the Camino so it was an easy walk from the church to the hotel.

Having three adults in one room was difficult because there was nowhere to put bags. Some luggage stands would have been nice. At this price point for a hotel, I was surprised there was not an option for laundry on site. This is not the hotel’s fault but just a warning for people who think they will be able to get a taxi to the bus or train station from the hotel- we were told no, that a taxi couldn’t be called. We were too close to the train station so taxis would not be willing to drive us. It was a half mile (and thankfully downhill) which I agree is not far. But considering we had luggage (and had tired legs), it would have been nice to have a taxi option.

Front desk staff (Victor) was VERY helpful to us. He direct us to the train station, laundromat and help us to book a day trip to Fisterra. He stored our bags until we came back from our scheduled walking tour around Compostela. There was a young lady working the night shift that had to assist us in getting the shower going due to system been so modern that we couldn't understand. Same with the room key. Need to let customers know that key needs to be push hard into the slot.

Breakfast can be improved. Hotel signage need to be more prominent. It's so close to the Galicista park that you miss it. It took us 3 times around to find it. Perhaps corner street sign will help for those that arrive walking.

Great location as the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town where there are a lot of bars, shops, restaurants, and of course the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela and other tourist sites. Perhaps a two minute walk is the bus stop for the bus that goes to the airport, and this was very convenient for me.

It seems to be a practice of all hotels that airconditioning in the rooms is not available in October. Only the heater is available. So we ended up opening the windows. Good thing no bugs flew into the room.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location. A short walk to the Cathedral, the market and the park. Good breakfast at a great price.

No water or hand soap in the room. Super small, interior-facing room, so like having no window. Should have booked the double room. Tried to upgrade it at the hotel, but it was almost double the cost. And would have had to check out at 12, and check in again at 3. Felt like the hotel could have been more flexible about the price and shifting your room more comfortably.

This is a small hotel located just at the entrance to the Old City. Despite being in a busy square the room was very quiet (6th floor though). Both room and bathroom were spacious and although we were there adult guests we had space to place our backpacks and trolley. Beds were comfortable and bedsheets starchy clean. We did not book breakfast, hence I cannot rate this. The service was really good and staff very attentive. One of my friends forgot her mobile and earphones and the taxi driver booked by the hotel, dropped us to the airport while he rushed back for the forgotten items, which were quickly recovered by staff at 06:30am. We made it to the flight with all of our belongings. A big plus!!

Location-very convenient for the Cathedral, parcs, Access to the airport. Location + option for 3 people room were deciding factor and we haven' t been dissapointed Breakfast - enough choice incl. Fruits Air-con in the rooms I'm

The hotel is nicely located between the train station and the historical center of Santiago. It's also strategically located nearby some places where excursions start from (e.g., Praza de Galicia). It also has few nice bars and bakeries in the surroundings (more affordable than in the city center). The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. We found the room quite spacious and comfortable, with enough place to open the suitcases. The bathroom was big and nicely furnished (even with a convenient bidet).

The glass screen of the shower was too short; the floor was regularly splashed after showering. The light switches of the room were not convenient as they controlled the full lighting system of the room; it means all of them set everything on or everything off.

It was conveniently located next to the airport bus stop for an early morning flight. It was a sweet tiny one person room that had the feel of a ‘ normal’ hotel room but just shrunk down in size. Looks to have been recently renovated. Modern decor. This hotel is on the exact edge of old town so it’s convenient to every thing. Municipal parking lot literally at its doorstep.

The bathroom might be too small for a bigger person. I felt squashed in shower and on toilet and I am a small person.
