I already rated this hotel highly for location value accessibility to airport, train station and historic centre i stayed twice this month however I omitted to say how great it is to be able to book a single room and not have to pay for a double as a solo traveller

Front desk staff (Victor) was VERY helpful to us. He direct us to the train station, laundromat and help us to book a day trip to Fisterra. He stored our bags until we came back from our scheduled walking tour around Compostela. There was a young lady working the night shift that had to assist us in getting the shower going due to system been so modern that we couldn't understand. Same with the room key. Need to let customers know that key needs to be push hard into the slot.

Breakfast can be improved. Hotel signage need to be more prominent. It's so close to the Galicista park that you miss it. It took us 3 times around to find it. Perhaps corner street sign will help for those that arrive walking.

Great location as the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town where there are a lot of bars, shops, restaurants, and of course the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela and other tourist sites. Perhaps a two minute walk is the bus stop for the bus that goes to the airport, and this was very convenient for me.

It seems to be a practice of all hotels that airconditioning in the rooms is not available in October. Only the heater is available. So we ended up opening the windows. Good thing no bugs flew into the room.

This is a small hotel located just at the entrance to the Old City. Despite being in a busy square the room was very quiet (6th floor though). Both room and bathroom were spacious and although we were there adult guests we had space to place our backpacks and trolley. Beds were comfortable and bedsheets starchy clean. We did not book breakfast, hence I cannot rate this. The service was really good and staff very attentive. One of my friends forgot her mobile and earphones and the taxi driver booked by the hotel, dropped us to the airport while he rushed back for the forgotten items, which were quickly recovered by staff at 06:30am. We made it to the flight with all of our belongings. A big plus!!

The hotel is nicely located between the train station and the historical center of Santiago. It's also strategically located nearby some places where excursions start from (e.g., Praza de Galicia). It also has few nice bars and bakeries in the surroundings (more affordable than in the city center). The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. We found the room quite spacious and comfortable, with enough place to open the suitcases. The bathroom was big and nicely furnished (even with a convenient bidet).

The glass screen of the shower was too short; the floor was regularly splashed after showering. The light switches of the room were not convenient as they controlled the full lighting system of the room; it means all of them set everything on or everything off.

It was conveniently located next to the airport bus stop for an early morning flight. It was a sweet tiny one person room that had the feel of a ‘ normal’ hotel room but just shrunk down in size. Looks to have been recently renovated. Modern decor. This hotel is on the exact edge of old town so it’s convenient to every thing. Municipal parking lot literally at its doorstep.

The bathroom might be too small for a bigger person. I felt squashed in shower and on toilet and I am a small person.

Great shower, comfortable bed, good TV (bonus point for having French channels). Interior-facing room (room 404) very quiet. Very friendly receptionists. Two minutes from the edge of the old town. Quite handy walk (12 minutes or so) to the train and bus stations (build a tramway please, Santiago!). The hotel is located literally just a few seconds from where the airport bus stops in Praza de Galicia (time for an airport train service, Santiago!)

The square it's situated on has very heavy traffic - so much so that the small foyer fills up with fumes.

It was close to city center but not so close to bars and restaurants that can be very noisy and annoying at night. It’s about 6-7 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff are excellent especially Jessica. Polite and professional, friendly and helpful. Shower is great! It’s a modern, basic hotel for someone looking for just basic reasonable comfort. And unlike other hotels lights are on in the hallways! No weird dark hallways! 24/7 front desk.

The room could be slightly upgraded, newer blinds - maybe more lights and power outlets and an option to just have the bedside lamp on without also having the overhead on. Very minor changes.

The location was excellent, and the facilities were okay. Breakfast was excellent.

Interestingly, we were not able to adjust the room temperature in the room on our own, even though there was a thermostat. We complained about it to the receptionist, and he was very helpful and friendly as he was willing to adjust the temperature. We couldn't do it ourselves, for there is a control room next to the reception desk. Anyhow, on the second day, the room was again too cold, and we went to see the receptionist. We complained again about the room temperature, but this receptionist who was different from the first day was not so friendly in answering my questions, and the room temperature was not changed even though she said she would. So disappointed with her service.

The triple room was spacious, beds were very confortable and big. Hotel has an excellent location, walking distance to city center.

We went for the buffet breakfast. It had a very good selection of food : fruits, yogurt, cereal, breads, meats , cheese, sweets… The coffee though was AWFUL, from a machine. The powdered milk was murky-watery-foamy . It gave a disgusting and unpleasant taste to coffee. VERY BAD COFFEE !!!
