Very close to the old part of the town so we could walk to the cathedral and surrounding areas. Room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always greeted us with a smile. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice.

When the cafe next door burnt the toast our room was filled with the smell of burning. When I went into the corridor the smell was worse. We were worried that the hotel was on fire! I imagine the smell must have come through the ductwork.

Central location in the shopping district of the city, however only a 6 min stroll from the cathedral square. A group of 17 of us stayed and everyone had positive comments. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on food however there is a lovely cafe located just outside the hotel and had both lunch and breakfast there and it was good. Very near transport to the airport with the shuttle bus only costing €1pp. Only a 3 min walk from the hotel and operates every 30 mins. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was located in the city center, which was great for sightseeing and accessing transportation. The room I had was not big but was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. The bathroom had a nice rainfall shower and had really great water pressure.

The breakfast buffet they have available (9 euros) lacked variety and is not available on the weekends, but there were plenty of grocery stores and dining options in the immediate area you could easily find something else to suit your palate.

The hotel is medium size, excellently located half way between the Cathedral and the train and bus stations. A bit closer to old town. There are 2 cafeteria restaurants just under the hotel and a supermarket on same block. Reasonable price. Clean comfortable mattresses. Tranquil area, with little traffic passing by. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Location is amazing! Basic room is uncomfortable but when we change to a superior one, it was amazing (space, view)

Basic room is catfishing a bit (it’s really small, no space for a suitcase, for sure not for two). Also, bathroom silicone and products (shower gel) need bit more focus.

Comfy bed, luggage drop (before and after stay), quiet location and didn't hear any neighbours so soundproofing good. Short walk to everything - the station for bus and train, old town and park.

The room had three holes in the floorboards (one of which was the length/width of a knife and right next to the bed) so these need to be addressed. The white walls also had numerous marks and stains (general wear like peoples bags scuffing the wall) that ought to be cleaned. Minor things but not speaking to the price point. Nb. Some people may not like the frosted glass wall between room and bathroom.

Great big room with a massive bed. Lots of room also for the travel cot we needed. Breakfast was lovely a nice light selection but enough to start your day. Wonderful powerful shower in the bathroom in the room that was also a good size.

Would have been nice to be able to access Netflix on the tv in the room. For toiletries I prefer separate shampoo and body wash rather than all in one.

very close to the train station and reasonable distance from cathedral. for people coming from Camino it is really close. Room was quiet, spacious and bed comfortable.

a bit pricy compared to other locations and strange reception location, you have to take the elevator first.

The location was great! Nice walk to old Santiago and the Cathedral, the park and the travel office where I picked up my bus tour to Finisterre. Also, within walking distance of the bus and train stations. Room was comfortable and there was breakfast available.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Great location for exploring Santiago itself and also close (10 min walk) to the main train and bus stations. Good breakfast.

Not much to report. My room was facing the main street and there was a little noise at night, not a problem for me but ask for a room facing the rear courtyard if you're a light sleeper.
