Excellent location near the train station and all the touristic attractions, including the Cathedral. Wi fi signal very good. Breackfast with fresh fruts and very reach menu. Staff very kind and helpful and the towels in the bathroom changed often. Very nice room decorated with good taste and high quality stuff.

The room doesn't have outside window, so no fresh air ever inside. Do not chose any room with view to the terrace. The "terrace" is an internal courtyard covered on top and due to the lack of ventilation there is an awfull smell both in the bathroom and in the room.

Excellent location in the old town of Santiago with all its narrow pedestrians only alleyways. Whether you're shopping, visiting the cathedral, enjoying a meal or coffee in an outdoor cafe, or just need some groceries, it's all within a five-minute walk. Rooms comfortable and breakfast excellent. It's location in an side alleyway is removed from all the street noise. I have stayed in at least 6 different accommodations in Santiago and will probably choose this one on my next trip. Perfect place to stay. Buen Camino.

Rooms a little small but adequate. It is a little hard to find at first, but that ensures the lack of street noise.

Miguel was very welcoming, giving us a map and recommending the best places to go to eat. We had to leave early one morning (before breakfast) and he kindly made us a fantastic packed breakfast instead. On the other morning the breakfast was exceptional: everything from bacon and scrambled eggs to Galician cheese and meats, from crusty, fresh bread to freshly made pancakes, from croissants and cakes to fresh fruit and yoghurts, plus much else besides. The location is excellent, the room clean and spacious, the staff friendly and efficient. Everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay is here. Thank you all very much.

Everything, the location was superb, close to the Cathedral and in the hub of the historic centre. The hotel is beautifully laid out, with exceptional use of space and tastefully decorated, with the use of natural stone and wood and spotlessly clean. There was a wheelchair lift at the entrance and an elevator to the respective floors. Our room offered twin beds, soft and comfortable bedding and pillows, and electrically operated blinds to the windows. The windows opened easily, and then, when closed, muted any external noise. We had complimentary tea and coffee, toiletries, and a walk-in shower. The staff were superb, friendly, and helpful, providing information, directions, maps, recommendations, and help with taxis. Breakfast was included in our booking and was offered adjacent to the reception. Again, the use of space was excellent. The food was varied and fresh. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Just update your info on Bus Tell people to get off at Plaza Galicia (and not it is not the final stop - it is the penultimate stop). Also tell people that when they are looking for the Hotel that on Plaza G they should stand with their back to Santander......and name the cafe on the corner.....Maybe add a little video.... thank you

The communication leading up to our visit was excellent. The receptionist who greeted us was exceptionally friendly and polite. The rooms offered great value, situated on the edge of the main historic area near the park, just a short 10-minute walk from the cathedral. We had breakfast one morning, which was simple but provided good value for money.

For the price I paid, I have no complaints. It was a great place to stay for three nights.

Easy walking distance to everywhere. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, even the cleaning lady. With the great assistance from the hotel staff, we were able to receive some items left behind in Bilbao the next day via courier. We’re very happy and grateful for that. It’s our last visit in Spain on this 6wks trip as we’re heading to Portugal. We fully enjoyed the Spanish food and we left the country with warmth and wonder in our heart.

ALMOST EVERYTHING. The location is great.

It is impossible to park a car near to this location. The entrance to the Boutique is on a small side walkway, 50 m from a side alley where you can unload the car. But the car must be Parked in Public parking about 100 m away. However, the staff gave us recommendations for how to manage this. Very doable, but not convenient. The bedroom is comfortable, but small. Everything else is great.

I arrived after hiking in from Padron and found the reception lady was so helpful and supportive when I arrived exhausted. She helped me get my suitcase to my room.. The location was excellent right in the middle of the historical section of Santiago de Compostela, 5 minute walk from the cathedral and near the restaurants. The room was clean with 3 single beds and air-conditioning. I had booked late and ended up with a triple room.

Excellent! Trully recommend this place for a stay in Santiago! The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, the location is prime - right at the corner of the old town, 5 min walk to the cathedral.

I stayed for 2 days. 1 day I left outside the sign "Please clean my room" - and the room was cleaned. Next day I did not leave any sign - and the room wasnt cleaned. So if you want your room to be cleaned - always leave the sign. Also, tea and coffee in the lobby cost 1.5 eur - usually they are free.
