The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and was slammed a door in the hallway. And Santiago got very hot while we were there in the room was able to be cool and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and so kind. They were very good at communicating with us beforehand also.

I don’t have anything to say here unless would be to have more body soap in the bathroom.

Wonderfully attentive staff! They we’re very flexible working with us, if we need towels, if we needed something else. The nine-year-old breakfast was simply amazing, real eggs and bacon and sausage along with cereals, all sorts of pastries, three different types of fresh squeeze, juices, etc., a bountiful buffet! The location was superb! We were still within the pedestrian part of the city and not more than seven minutes walking back to the cathedral. Yet our room was extraordinarily quiet the entire time. I would strongly encourage this Hotel to my fellow Camino travelers! In fact, this hotel was full every night we were there.

Great property very centrally located to old Santiago. We really appreciated the room darkening shades, as well as the comfortable beds in room 302. The room was pretty, and well appointed. The staff was super helpful. They offer a nice breakfast for an additional nine euro per person. I would definitely stay here again when back in Santiago.

Everything was fabulous until the last morning when they charged us for the previous morning’s two coffees when we had been told that coffee was complementary. It seemed petty to be charged three euro at checkout. Obviously it’s not the amount, it’s the principle.

Super location. Close to many bars and restaurants but also the Cathedral. Parking was in the underground carpark virtually 50m away. 15€ per day. The hotel is confusingly described as a hostel, but this is a Spanish Law requirement because the reception is on the 3rd floor. It is a hotel. We found it easy enough and were promptly shown to our 1st floor room. There is an elevator. Our room was lovely, all wood and stone. Lighting was perfect, as we're the sheets, bed and shower. Air conditioning very easy to use and relatively quiet. Breakfast is served on the 3rd floor and for 9€ is great value, it being a European buffet with hams and cheeses but also eggs and bacon. Fruit, cereal and various pastries available too. And in room fridge and tea a boon. Free coffee available from reception.

Not much

Perfect location in the old town (only three minutes from the airport bus stop), friendly welcoming staff, very comfortable beds, lovely sheets and towels, cosy rooms with a fresh and clean feel, double windows for quiet nights. And a fresh rose on your bedside table! We should have tried their breakfast too which just made it onto TikTok. All in all a great package at a reasonable price. Made even better by the warm welcome and impressive tapas at Antollos and the best miniature cakes at the Confiteria - both a few steps away in Rúa Orfas.

Excellent location near the train station and all the touristic attractions, including the Cathedral. Wi fi signal very good. Breackfast with fresh fruts and very reach menu. Staff very kind and helpful and the towels in the bathroom changed often. Very nice room decorated with good taste and high quality stuff.

The room doesn't have outside window, so no fresh air ever inside. Do not chose any room with view to the terrace. The "terrace" is an internal courtyard covered on top and due to the lack of ventilation there is an awfull smell both in the bathroom and in the room.

Excellent location in the old town of Santiago with all its narrow pedestrians only alleyways. Whether you're shopping, visiting the cathedral, enjoying a meal or coffee in an outdoor cafe, or just need some groceries, it's all within a five-minute walk. Rooms comfortable and breakfast excellent. It's location in an side alleyway is removed from all the street noise. I have stayed in at least 6 different accommodations in Santiago and will probably choose this one on my next trip. Perfect place to stay. Buen Camino.

Rooms a little small but adequate. It is a little hard to find at first, but that ensures the lack of street noise.

Good location, about a 5 minute stroll to the Cathedral. Breakfast had several tasty options and good hours. I was glad I took it. My room was on the courtyard side which I liked but you can hear noise from other rooms, not too bad. Room was good temperature.

I liked the room for one person (even though I had a double bed) but for two it would be crowded and the bathroom was very tiny, again just for me it was adequate but not for two people. Every room is different from what I could see.

Miguel was very welcoming, giving us a map and recommending the best places to go to eat. We had to leave early one morning (before breakfast) and he kindly made us a fantastic packed breakfast instead. On the other morning the breakfast was exceptional: everything from bacon and scrambled eggs to Galician cheese and meats, from crusty, fresh bread to freshly made pancakes, from croissants and cakes to fresh fruit and yoghurts, plus much else besides. The location is excellent, the room clean and spacious, the staff friendly and efficient. Everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay is here. Thank you all very much.

Just update your info on Bus Tell people to get off at Plaza Galicia (and not it is not the final stop - it is the penultimate stop). Also tell people that when they are looking for the Hotel that on Plaza G they should stand with their back to Santander......and name the cafe on the corner.....Maybe add a little video.... thank you
