The large suite was very comfortable and well equipped with a coffee machine and kettle which was much appreciated. Excellent toiletries in the bathroom and it was a luxury to be able to have a wonderful soak. The beds were very comfy and lovely white cotton bedding and masses of cushions. The balcony was a treat we weren’t expecting. The only downside was that the walls are paper thin so bring earplugs, although having done the Camino we slept soundly every night. Staff are wonderful and very helpful when we needed them.

The staff were the most of present people ever. The receptionists are very friendly and the ones at breakfast as well are very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I asked for two beds instead of double bed and when we arrived we got a double bed. However, Laura the receptionist tried everything to help, she said that we might could move the next day but at the end we decided to stay in the same room which wasn’t too bad.

The location was great for finishing the Camino de Santiago. It was a five minute walk from the centre and easy to find. We ended up staying here for three nights as we couldn’t book a flight home. The gentleman on reception desk spoke English and was more than helpful in changing our room and he did this twice for us. We were able to leave our bags in the luggage port whenever we needed to. The day we departed the lady on the desk helped with reserving our taxi to the airport, she also spoke English and helped with our translation. Breakfast at the hotel was great and we would recommend including this in your reservation as it sets you up for the day. The hosts at breakfast are all friendly and helpful. We were happy that our rooms were clean and comfortable and had TV and hair dryer, not newly refurbished but everything you need for a good night sleep, which is most important to us.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s a few minutes away from the bus and train stations and the airport bus stop. It’s on the shopping street next to Stradivarius and across from a grocery store. The old town and the cathedral is 15 minutes walk away. The stuff is very friendly. My double room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Really recommend the Nest Style hotel.

The bathroom needs a little makeover

Location is mid-way between the Cathedral and Bus/Train Station. We decided to stay here as we needed to take the first next morning to Sarria. Room and bathroom were acceptably clean. Free tea and coffee was provided at the lobby. The lobby is spacious with seating space. Reception staff was friendly. Overall, nothing major to complain.

Bath tub for shower was a bit too narrow for my liking.

The location was perfect, between downtown and the train station. The staff were really friendly and there was complementary coffee, tea and water in the room and at the reception. There were also complementary pastries and fruit at the reception.

The room was very small, and it felt crowded with all the furniture. The view was not worthy, facing some abandoned buildings.

This was a really lovely hotel, staff were super helpful and when we had an early train to catch they were really helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Location is great also, for station and buses (airport bus stops very close by in plaza Galicia). Would definitely choose this place again

Nothing bad for us, just want we wanted

Nice location. We stayed here for one night after flying into Santiago de Compostela before traveling to Sarria to start the last stage of the Camino Frances. We arrived late, so this hotel had 24hr reception so it was not a problem to arrive after midnight. The hotel is a short walk from the cathedral and also a short walk to the bus and train station.

The lady on night shift. Went above and beyond to help me. I will ask her name tomorrow. Beds were superb. I opted out for the breakfast option so can not comment on that. Excellent location. Walking distance to train and bus centres. Beautiful products supplied in the bathroom. Lifts were working supermarket right across the road. Really can not fault anything. I would highly recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thank you.

Just maybe a Kettle in the room.

Breakfast breakfast was more than adequate! The juice was great. The coffee was great. It would be nice to have some variety as I was there for three breakfast, but it was solid.

I like staying in that part of town with them and they were so helpful other than the front desk lady on my check out today while I was rushing to catch a train for my hike. She threaten to call the police on me because she said I didn’t pay her but I paid in advance so I wasn’t worried if it didn’t go through I would pay her but the police threat kind of concern me that never has happened to me before everyone else, remaining staff was super amazing, hospitality was excellent especially Martin. Everyone seem to sleep at night as it was very quiet there was nothing to disturb you at night.
