Communication pre-checkin was great. The place was spotless and smelled great (like a newly renovated house). The location cannot be better. It’s right behind the main post office — if you’ve shipped luggage to the end of the Camino this location cannot be more perfect! Also, it’s around all the restaurants and shops, and most importantly, it’s one block away from the Santiago Cathedral! We were there during the heatwave and temperatures were awfully high and they had an amazing fan in the room (we didn’t have a fan in any other pension, hotel, or hostels along the Camino).

Great location. Bed was comfy and the place had been cleaned well. Great shower with good pressure and nice towels.

Felt quite impersonal due to there being no reception. Getting the code was a bit complicated as I was sent multiple messages and emails. Bedside lamps would have been nice - felt a bit minimal in terms of furnishings and personal touches. The space was pretty small.

The location is perfect, it's not right in the middle of the main historical streets, but just one street off and it already makes a difference in terms of noise and crowds around. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are too small for a family with kids. Besides the beds and a small bench, there was no room for other furniture. Adding luggage, the room became really cramped. The matresses could also be more comfortable. They tended to lean to the side that you lay on, which gives that sense of falling from the bed.

Our room was lovely. Super clean and straight forward check in. In a great location too.

The bed was really comfortable but the fitted sheet was too small and did not fit around the corners of the mattress on the left side. This meant it all bunched up during the night. This is my only critique, everything else was lovely.

Great location not far from the cathedral, restaurants, post office. It was a fair sized room and very clean. Also, it is located across from the police station, so it felt very safe.

I liked having the cafe/bar on the ground floor, but at times, you could smell the cooking. At night, there was a bit of noise from the nightlife outside.

Excellent communication from Maria with lots of information and recommendations for food. The kitchen facilities were amazing with complimentary food and drinks. We loved that we could have a breakfast before leaving for our last day on route to Santiago. I would highly recommend this property; views are spectacular and location is superb for walking the Camino. Thank you!

Great location in the old area of Santiago; close to the cathedral, many restaurants and cafes, and other services; while the check in was done online, property support was quick and helpful; clean and comfortable room; this was my third time staying there after completing a Camino walk; definitely would stay here again

Located in the very center of Santiago, so like for the gastronomy adventures everything is basically 5 minutes away. Also a lovely park near, and surely Santiago Cathedral. Room was clean, couldn't complain.

A problem of lots of hotels in Spain in sound isolation. You hear everything so i recommend to sleep with sound cancelling plagues, otherwise you wouldn't get enough of sleep no here no pretty possible in another place. We stayed in 3 and didn't sleep normally all that times. Also might be luck of fresh air, no ventilation, so you'll need to sleep with an open window which brings some extra noise from outside.

Super comfortable bed! Lovely light room, good bathroom. Access was straightforward.

The room gets all the afternoon and evening sun in summer. It gets very hot - it really needs air condition. The street outside (and the police station!) is pretty noisy.

Just around the corner from the cathedral. Lovely bars and restaurants below. Would definitely recommend to eat in the restaurants next door. Room was spotless and beds were hotel quality shower was fab. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

No air conditioning but just ask in the bar for a fan which was great
