This was a very nice room, clean, and relatively quiet (we could hear people coming in late in the evening, but no outside noise). The hotel is located on a side street secluded from the busier parts of the city. Check in was very easy. No keys were exchanged. Access to the building and to the room was through a keypad code that I received prior to arrival. There was a very nice woman on site to answer any questions, and she had advice for sightseeing. The bed was VERY comfortable so we slept great. We also liked that there was a small refrigerator in the room.

There wasn't one thing to not love about it. The Location couldn't be more perfect. Close to everything that you need while in Santiago. A five minute walk from the church plaza when you finish your Camino. Right on the same block is a Laundromat and a wonderful little cafe a few doors up the street. It rained while we were there so we didn't explore the park close by but did explore the shops a few minutes past the park. The room was very comfortable and we loved having the lock code in lieu of having a key. So much easier. If we ever go this way again, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

The location was ideal… you could walk everywhere, which was especially nice at night when it didn’t get dark until 11:00. The customer service individual on the morning we checked out was wonderful, a lovely person. We requested a lower floor room, which we received, but it seemed smaller than expected. The room was nicely cleaned with fresh towels each day.

The shower door was difficult to maneuver in the small bathroom space and the bath tub was well suited only for children. Not the best view, overlooking rooftops, but I did request a lower floor. Ceiling fan didn’t work but the window opened to a lovely nighttime temperature.

After finishing my Camino in the rain, I was able to store my bag until my room was ready. My ground floor was perfect - good size, quiet, spotlessly clean, most comfortable bed, excellent shower and heating available in evening. The hosts were excellent to deal with, professional yet friendly. Tyime to stop for a quick chat, ordered a taxi for me, etc Location handy to everything, lots of cafes and restaurants very nearby and a laundramat just a couple of doors down the street.

The location could not be better. The Cathedral and train/bus station are within walking distance, 5 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively. I stayed in December, so I especially appreciated the good heating and a tea kettle with a nice supply of teas in the room. Just what you need on a rainy winter day :) My self-check-in went smoothly. I received a code the day before my arrival and just walked into the hotel and the room. I really enjoyed my stay :)

Has a kettle. Beds were very comfortable. Heater worked well once we figured it out. It felt safe and secure. Very clean. Wi-Fi worked in room. Nice towels. A laundromat a few doors away as well as two cafes. A short walk to the cathedral and the post office.

You hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying. You have to be comfortable with using codes and not keys. The tub/shower is extremely difficult to get into because of the glass door. The glass door is also ineffective because water gets all over the floor. A curtain would be much better.

Very comfortable with beautiful linen and tea/coffee/fridge in the rooms, and heating/air con. An easy walk around the centre or 10min to the bus/train. Staff were helpful and friendly and went the ‘extra mile’ - they have rain ponchos and umbrellas for those rainy spells! Good security with personalised code access so you’re never locked out.

There’s no breakfast on-site, which can be inconvenient if it’s dark and wet and the local cafes aren’t open.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a large and comfortable bed. The property is traditional with plenty of character. You could not ask for a better location as you could see the cathedral from the room. Next door is a very welcoming cafe with good service for breakfast. Plenty of good restaurants near by.

When we stayed there was a festival and the screaming from the big wheel kept us awake but it was great to be in Santiago during the celebrations.

Everything!!! Cozy, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet,. Also, i love the keyless entry to both the main gate and the room door. Communication was excellent! I wasn't able to register on their website before checking in due to some technical issues. The person who was handling was fast and efficient, and there was no issue coming into the property with the given code. It's just amazing!!! Close to everything as well!!! I walked all over to find food and stores. Able to explore more after eating and drinking.

What a beautiful place & the fragrance was delightful as you walked through the door. Our room was exactly as advertised with 2 balconies & a bath. Beautifully decorated throughout. Coffee, tea, kettle & fridge provided along with a free bottle of water on the first night.

The bath was rather small & the floors not soundproofed
