It was very clean and the staff really nice.

The rooms are small and there were no vegetables for breakfast. Also when we did have to leave early in the morning, the hotel did not provide a small take away breakfast.

Very peaceful and tranquil while being close enough walk to cathedral centre. Also only five minutes walk from bus station. Room comfortable and breakfast great. What makes this property special is the amazing lady on Reception. I wish I had asked her name. I wonder now if it’s a family run accommodation because the care and genuine consideration makes this a really pleasant and comfortable place to stay after your Camino walk.

The service we received here was so wonderful! Pilli, Victor, and everyone we talked with in reception were soooo! kind and helpful. We were traveling by bike, and they received our cases ahead of time and saved them for us, they contacted us as soon as they arrived to give us peace of mind. When we arrived the cases were in the room waiting for us, What a wonderful welcome, they gave us a large room, because they knew that the cases were big and we needed the space, they also stored our bikes until we had the time to break them down. We were able to break down our bikes in their driveway and repack our cases and they stored them for us. Breakfasts were very good, and the hotel, in general, is simple, but very comfortable and clean. We got an attic room, so the view was limited but it gave us the space we needed. Everything they did for us was perfect. We plan to return. We stayed 3 days and we really enjoyed the place. The location was just a 5-10-minute walk to the cathedral of Santiago.

Great independent hotel with charm. Rooms are small and efficient, but aren't they all in Europe. What made this place special was the staff. I believe they'd do just about anything to make your stay special. The location was perfect for my stay. 5 min walk to the bus station and 10 min to the cathedral. The only downside was the increased cost due to a 3 day concert. All hotels were probably 30-40% higher. Good old Econ 101.

Used this property on 3 or 4 occasions. It is situated a 15 mins walk from the city centre, an easy walk but is also away from the tourist areas. This is Spanish. It is a 10 min walk to the train and bus stations. Always a warm welcome, helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and for a visit to Santiago ideal.

There is nothing to dislike!

The location was about 10 minutes walk to the old part of the city. The facility was very clean. The woman working the reception desk was unbelievably unfriendly.

The laminated floor in room 301 was not installed properly and so gives when one walks across it. It is probably not a safety issue for now.

Cosy little hotel situated at walking distance from historical city center and its monuments, in the modern part of the city with its shopping area, next to a car park and the main train and bus station,

Great location, short walks to the historic centre and to the bus/train station. Parking nearby available, with price reduction for overnight parking through the hotel. Okay breakfast.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities, but these generally didn’t seem to be available in Northern Spain.

Love this property. Think this is my 4th visit. Quiet, very clean small hotel, 10 minutes from the station, close to the centre but away from the crowds. Handy for everything

Excellent in every way. Fantastic staff, very clean and comfortable hotel, great breakfast on site. Our go-to place to stay every time we are in Santiago de Compostela!
