Clean bedroom and toilet, bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Located nearer to the bus/train station than the famous Cathedral and tourist area but still a manageable walk.

There was no hairdryer. The walls are paper thin - every single movement in other rooms can be heard. There was a lot of knocking, door slamming and chair dragging from outside the room from 5 pm onwards. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Really well-located pension, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easily walkable to the main tourist sites of this lovely city. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The staff were very friendly and the rooms (on 4th and 5th floors) are accessible by lift. They were also able to store our bags (in a shared location) when we were walking around. Very good value too

Nothing - it was very good

This was a really lovely break from hostels - we'd been walking the Camino for a week, was so lovely to have a room to ourselves in a great location. Wonderful value for money and the staff were so sweet, let us keep our bags in the hallway after checkout which was very convenient since our flight was in the evening. Would recommend!

Fairly basic facilities, but that's to be expected at this price.

The place is OK for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Even though the bathrooms are shared, we never had a problem when we wanted to use them (even in the mornings for showering); they were always available. The location is great, not in the main center, but within walking distance from the best places in town.

Everything was OK.

A very luminous room and very friendly staff. We got a quite large room with lots of windows. Though the view was nothing spectacular, it provided a good view to know how the weather was going to be for the day. The bathrooms, though shared, were kept clean, and we were luckily enough that we never had to wait for them to be available. The Pensión is located at 10 minutes walk from the train station and the airport bus stop.

The pensión provides small/single-use gel and shampoo bottles. It would have been more environmentally friendly if the soap, body gel and shampoo were provided with reusable dispensers in the bathrooms.

Good value, lots of restaurants and nice shopping nearby. 15 min walk to the old city center. Then easy access to the 6a airport bus.

Small room. Communication on how to get in initially would have been nice. There were 2 bathrooms serving the floor. One, we never got hot water for the shower. The other we did. Water pressure was weak. But really, you got to expect that in these older buildings.

The location to shops, restaurants, bus station, and taxi was good.

Very thin walls. Could hear the other guest walking, doors closing and opening. Shared bathroom was inconvenient in the mornings when everyone needed it. I stayed at a different pension with similar amenities a block away a few days before and had my own bathroom for less money.

A functional place to stay at the end of your Camino plenty of cafes and laundry places to hand. It was very clean. Margot was extremely kind and helpful as were the other staff. Santiago is typically rammed so it’s a very good choice if you want your own room. It was very quiet too which is a big bonus.

I loved the location, and I felt very safe. The staff at Santa Rita worked very hard every day to keep the accommodation clean. The bed was comfy, and I slept well.

There was nothing I didn't like. A kettle, though would of been useful.

A handy location if you're finishing the Camino in Santiago. About a 15 minute walk from the Cathedral square, lots of handy bars, restaurants and shops nearby if you're too exhausted to do anymore walking. Really close to the bus station too for connections to onward travel.

No fan or air conditioning in the room so sleeping can be uncomfortable in the height of summer.
