Great breakfast time staff. Amazingly efficient and warm. Big clap to them. Quiet air con for the 2 hot days, proximity to the Cathedral and parks was a plus, as was the wonderful food store nearby..Victoria.

The men on the front reception desk could learn a thing or two about customer service from the women doing the same job. It's about eye contact and even if it's faking it, some level of customer interest. Boredom and lack of interest should not be the point of contact.

Location - walk to old town & train/bus station. Comfortable bed. Near cafes, restaurants & shops. Ample hanging space for clothes. Fridge was good. Staff were friendly.

Bathroom had non-slip tiles on floor and walls, however bath was slippery. Asked for a non-slip mat, but none were available so was given an extra towel (did help in climbing in & out of bath for someone with short legs). I held on to wall while having a shower to stop slipping. Some guests were noisy early in the morning and late at night (even after midnight) - not hotel's fault.

The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, the old town, restaurants, and shops. It was much better than I expected. The room was spacious and super clean, with comfortable beds and a controllable AC. The breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of breads. A special shoutout to Noemi at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel.

The hot food at the breakfast buffet could have been slightly better in quality. The only options available were fried eggs, bacon, and cocktail sausages, and there wasn't much variety in the breakfast cereals.

Stayed here for last 5 nights of stay post walking CAMINO. Great location, opposite Parliament building.Very quiet and only 5 minutes into old town, 10 minutes to Cathedral. 5 minute walk to airport bus and train station so can easily day trip places like A Coruna. Did not try breakfast but they gave us a kettle for the room so we could have late night tea! No bar or cafe but plenty around the hotel and there is a great square about 10 minutes walk away with lots of good breakfast choices. All the shops you need in this area, including some designer ones and supermarkets.

Absolutely fantastic and clean hotel. 👌 It was a little bit expensive but worth the price. In Santiago the prices are higher than other places around Santiago. We stayed one night there during our camino de Santiago. Great breakfast! We had the room with a balcony on the 8th floor with a beautiful view on city! We asked for a later check out (before the journey to airport) and it was not a problem. They also booked the taxi for us. They provided many types of massages. Unfortunately, we could not get the massage because they have been fully booked. Staff is very welcomed and helpful. Excellent location. Close to Cathedra Santiago de Compostela (900m) - 8 min walk. Close to airport 15 min drive. Definitely recommended!!!!

The location was great for the train and bus station and convenient for the centre of town. The hotel was very clean Reception helpful

The television was poor in that there was only 1 English speaking channel - CNN There was no information about the hotel or town in the room There were no drink making facilities in the room

An excellent conclusion of Camino, super confit bed and pillow, nice basic design, but has all you need for comfort, including a small desk, pouf, chair, night stand etc. The bathroom cosmetics are good quality, plush towels etc. The location is great, 10min max by foot to the train and bus station, similar to the centre. There’s a little grocery store nearby.

The staff could be more kind and educated, it’s just a bunch of a bit arrogant kids.

A large group of us had just walked the Camino. The hotel was easy to get to from the Cathedral, had a good breakfast and we were able to stay for two days! Even better, it is walking distance (down hill) to the train station. That was a great bonus as we headed out on our vacation post Camino! Great people, clean and all at a good price. I would stay here, again. Not right in the Cathedral square ....but easy to walk to.

Great location near the bus station and only 5mins walk to the centre and 10mins to the cathedral. The room is incredibly modern, clean and spacious. Up on the the 7th floor was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was decent in terms of quality and options. The staff were very helpful and attentive, with the reception manned even late into the evening

Maybe the breakfast could have been slightly cheaper.

The hotel was perfectly placed for your stay. The bus stop to the airport was a 2 minute walk away, and our meeting point for trips was 5 minutes away. There was also a lovely corner shop 2 doors down the road so we could stock up with snacks. Having a fridge in the room was also great. The rooms were lovely and big, the bathroom was a good size and the views were lovely.

Would like a proper duvet cover instead of sheets.
