Great quiet A/C. Lovely view from window. Location great to old town cathedral and the large market and remarkable restaurants. Staff very attentive. Breakfast available for purchase. Also water wines snacks available for purchase. We got to hotel before check-in and shared a lovely wine on the attached deck. Recommend!

We had just walked 500 miles on Camino Frances. This hotel is on a steep hill. We had no issues. The hotel also has a lift on the stairs to the second floor rooms if needed. We loved the hotel. We had no health issues.

Having finished the Camino Ingles it was a perfect location (7 mins from the Cathedral). Checking in was fast, staff was friendly, beds were impeccably made & clean. The shower was a TEN!! And the icing on the cake is having breakfast available at a good price. Also very easy to get the bus to Santiago Airport. Would highly recommend this hotel to Pilgrims. Will definitely stay here again when I finish my next Camino.

The location of the hotel is excellent with the added bonus of parking onsite. It is a 10-15 minute walk into the centre but anyone with mobility issues needs to be aware it is uphill. The staff are very friendly and although they do speak English were very tolerant of my attempts to speak Spanish. The continental breakfast was worth paying for and it is possible to have drinks on the terrace. The room had air con which was very welcome! Should we return to Santiago we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This hotel is just across the ring road from old town which means that you are almost in the middle of everything but avoiding the noise! We have stayed in this hotel four times after our Camino walks and it is very comfortable with the best staff who go out of their way to make your stay even better! I have to single out Noelia who has been the lady welcoming us every time we walk through that front door soaking wet. She is just fantastic, helpful and treats us like family. This hotel is truly one of a kind!

My room was very big, clean and comfortable, with a good-sized en suite bathroom. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was efficient and helpful. Everything was good quality, all facilities worked, and the en suite bathroom had a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Breakfast was good, with lots of variety of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals etc. The hotel is just outside the old town, and is very close to a bus stop to the airport (the bus stop is on the main road that runs at the top of the road to the hotel, just a few minutes walk from the hotel). The area around the hotel is quiet at night, I heard no noise. Very good service, and highly recommended.

Hotel was about 500 m, 5 minutes by walk far from old town center. It had a parking place for 9 Euros. If you travel with car, you can park front of hotel and go old town by walk and could see everything you want in there. Women in reception spoke English good and very kind. She helped my wife suitcase to carry to first floor of hotel. Room and everything in it were very clean and new and well decorated. Air conditioner was working good. Internet was good.

Great location just outside the old town, easy walk to cathedral area, mercado, tapas streets. Big room, new look fittings, big bathroom. 24 hour desk staff helpful. Breakfast on-site adequate, but must book the day before. Would stay here again. Terrace for drinks available. Car parking available if needed but you can stay without a car of course.

Ample self service breakfast adjacent to reception, great secure parking for motorcycle. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. This hotel is well suited to the needs of people with mobility issues. Reception staff were friendly and efficient both at check in and check out. The hotel is easy to find as Sat navigation both Petal Maps and Google will bring you to the hotel entrance down a narrow one way street, just follow the instructions and you will be fine.

Very nice big room, beds and bathroom. Friendly staff and very polite. Excellent location just out of the old city very near the famous Abastos market. Very quiet specially at night time.

The breakfast is good but needs more variety

Excellent location to explore the old town by walking, plenty of parking for only 9 EUR/day, staff very kind, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom renovated, modern and spacious. Choose odd number rooms for more silence at night (towards a football field)
