Excellent location within 5 mins walk of the Cathedral and Praza do Obradoiro. Chic apartment is on two levels with the bed on the upper floor/mezzanine. Plenty of restaurants and breakfast cafes within 5mins. Santiago is an amazing city and we enjoyed the easy access provided by the apartment.

Unfortunately the convenience of being central in town must be balanced with the late-night nightlife noise that lasts into the early hours of the morning. There was a festival on the weekend we were there so it might not be normal, but it meant we got little sleep.

Cozy, new and comfortable apartment near historical centre and only 2 min from Mercado de Ambastos, 6 min from Catedral de Santiago and grocery shops within 3-8 min. We stayed there two nights as our last stop on camino.

Our apartment on the roof top wasn’t soundproof very well. You could easily hear people from outside and next door. Your good sleep will depend on the noisiness of your neighbors and people in the street. Only 1 coffee capsule per person for the whole stay. We also missed a table cloth for drying dishes. Otherwise we were very satisfied with modern facilities of our apartment and the hotel.

Very thin walls and ceilings, poor internal noise insulation. Apartment was smaller than I expected from the photographs - my mistake - check the size meets your expectation!

Location was excellent. The building had recently been remodelled and so everything was new and nice.

The bedroom is in the loft which has sloped, exposed wooden beams. It very pretty to look at but on the one side of the bed it's only about 4' high. Luckily I only bang my head once. The living room area had a day bed which was totally useless to sit on. The kitchen table over whelmed the apt. with its large size.

Close to the Cathedral. Secure building. Small kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave. Nice shower. Comfortable bed and pillows.

No laundry on site. Bathroom was small and visible from outside through the window.

Excellent location, in the core of the old town of Santiago. Very well equiped, comfortable, very rustic. Comfortable bed and complimentary water, coffee and cookies. Recommended.

A little noisy (because of the old building). Not very intuitive the process of check in, the process needs to be better explained to the guests before arrival, in how to collect the card for the room.

Communication was bad to get into the property.

The check-in process and then having to ask and wait a longtime for the door code when we needed to go out. We also needed assistance with a taxi, but the taxi company does not connect on whats app. That information is important for visitors only using whats app. We called the host for help and got no answer, we then had to then walk to find a hotel who then called for us. This almost made us late for our bus.

Cosy, nicely decorated room in a good location in the old town. Bed was super comfortable and kitchenette, coffee machine, WiFi and TV all worked well. Hosts were responsive when issues arose.

Sound insulation wasn't great and you could hear steps and conversations from the room above. There were also works in the building opposite during the day which were noisy. The check-in machine malfunctioned and one of our key cards stopped working during our stay, but hosts were easy to contact and very responsive.

The studio was very clean and pleasantly appointed but quite small. It was in a fantastic location with all of Santiago de Compostela at hand. The bed was large and extremely comfortable .

There just wasn't enough sound insulation in the studios. The room looked lovely with open beams in the ceiling but that meant we could hear everything from the room above.

The location is convenient, near restaurants, cafes, and walking distance from the Cathedral. The facilities are good value for money, very clean and super cute!

There is a machine for checkin at the entrance that doesn't work, however, getting the key was quickly fixed. If you have big luggage, (a 23kg suitcase for example) it will not fit in the lockers.(in case you arrive early and need to leave your luggage prior to check in).
