Nice hotel. Staff were great. Helped us get taxi. Breakfast there was nice. They provided a bag with food when we had to leave before breakfast. Good location near cathedral.

Noise! So sad, both nights (Friday and Saturday) there were drunk people talking loudly in the street below our window. Friday from midnight until 3am and Saturday it started at 3:30am! There is no bar there, just people stopping and smoking and drinking there for some reason. The staff was very apologetic, but we got no sleep. Also, the bathroom in the room has little privacy, even though the room was just for a couple (1 bed). We had a little hard time finding the hotel, but that was our lack of having roaming data.

Really good place. It is as small hotel, family room takes whole loft level. Lift goes directly to this room, but is not nosiy. The room is clean, cozy, stylish and comfy. It is a single space but kids bedroom zone is tucked away. Bathroom is small but modern, and the shower is warm. Breakfast room is accessible 24/7 for tee and coffee. Breakfast itself was delicious, rich and diverse. Some local pastries were offered too. Nice central location. Cheap bus from airport. Super friendly staff.

Location is central, so that on a Saturday night we could hear some noise from people drinking somewhere nearby. It did not affect our sleep, but be warned if you are a very light sleeper.

It is a cozy little hotel; everything looks brand new. The staff are very friendly. They provide free umbrellas which are much needed in the often rainy weather. The location is perfect - close to everything but on a quiet street. I liked the fact that it is not in the middle of the old town, so it is easier to reach by public transportation (or by taxi). The breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice is a big plus. They also have juice, coffee, pastries, bread, cheese, ham, some fruit and yogurt. Adding eggs would make it almost perfect.

There are a few minor things that could be improved, but none would stop me from booking this hotel again. The corridor light is controlled by a motion detector, which takes a few seconds to activate, leaving me in the dark occasionally. The pillows weren't very comfortable, though I didn’t request replacements. There is only one power socket near the bed, so I had to choose between charging my phone and using the night lamp. A few additional coat hangers near the door would be helpful, especially when coming in with a wet coat.

Breakfast was continental; simple and delicious (orange juice was squeezed when you asked for o.j.) Separation between the 2 twin beds and the queen bed allowed for some privacy. Location is above the Cathedral, so the walk toward the Cathedral and City Center was on a downward slope.

Room was on the top floor with varying slopes of the ceiling; need to mind the ceiling, especially if you're tall. With the incline of Santiago de Compostela with the City Center being at the bottom of the incline, we would walk up the incline to return to the B&B. However, we opted to grab a very affordable taxi to bring us around and back up.

We enjoyed a typical Spanish breakfast—nothing fancy, but very tasty with high-quality ingredients. The room was just what we needed, especially traveling with three young children. The location is perfect, only a 5-minute walk from Santiago Cathedral. We arrived late after the reception was no longer manned, but we were given really clear instructions and even told where to park, which made everything so easy. I’d strongly recommend this B&B/micro hotel to anyone!

Nothing to note.

Excellent location, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was accommodating, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and even though it is centrally located, the outside noise was minimal to none. Our room was cleaned/tidied every day. Conveniently, there is a parking garage about 2 blocks from the hotel and many shops, market and bars/restaurants all a short walking distance away.

We liked everything about it.

Good, hot breakfast. Begonia (that's how my sisters called her) served us fresh orange juice. Coffee and tea all day. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. My sisters enjoyed their triple room which is accessed by the elevator, and their motorized scooters (w/c) was safely parked in the front office. Very nice and friendly staff, Begonia even came out to say goodbye to all of us in the rain. If we ever come your way again, you are the place to go to. Thank you!!

None.

* The hotel's ideal location, situated close to both the city center and Santiago's historic core, offered convenient access to explore the vibrant surroundings. * Each morning, breakfast greeted us with a delightful array of sweets and cakes, showcasing a different local selection daily—a tasty treat to start the day. * The rooms exuded a cozy tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. * Simple gestures like providing umbrellas at the entrance made a significant impact, enabling us to venture out even during unexpected stormy weather, a thoughtful touch that enhanced our stay.

* Breaksfast was great, but it needs a bit more attention from a member of the staff. Often, the juice jar was empty, and I had to crush the oranges myself 😆. No problem at all with that, but I found intrusive using their kitchen and their appliances myself.

We loved this small boutique hotel, the welcome we received from Liza was lovely, she gave us lots of great advice and explained where to park etc. The room was really cute, compact but well designed. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Although in the heart of the city it was very quiet. The breakfast was continental but plenty of choice. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Nothing!

I arrived here wet and exhausted from my last day of walking the camino. I was welcomed warmly. The hotel was clean, quiet. Most importantly, the receptionist was amazingly warm and helpful. My two pieces of warm clothing- fleece and coat was soaked and she very kindly tumble dried my fleece so that i could go out that evening for dinner. I felt so fragile this day and she just helped me when i needed it- i felt very blessed. It is located right next to the airport shuttle- very very helpful!! 30min 1euro- perfect! Opposite is mama peixe - the best restaurant in santiago.
