The location is within close walking distance to the old town and nice restaurants also in the other direction. The hotel was very clean and tidy, both the room and shared areas. The breakfast was very good, was plenty of options - the bread and fresh juice in particular was great. The team were very friendly & helpful throughout my stay, and made some good recommendations of what to do.

The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can easily hear noise from other rooms. Unfortunately, above or next to me were some very noisy and inconsiderate guests who had a loud discussion/argument between 12 midnight & 1.30am which I could quite clearly hear. On another occasion the same guests were making lots of noise at 3am organising their clothes as I could hear the hangers from their room. This is more of an issue with loud guests, as for 2 nights out of 4 there was no disruption and I had a very good sleep.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They gave us a few recommendations and even packed me and my friend breakfast since we had to depart at 6 am to the airport. Super thoughtful! The property was also in the old town but was on the quieter side with less tourists which was great. Either way we were still within walking distance from everything in the old town (10min or less) so it was very convenient.

The only downside was the bathroom situation. The shower/toilet did not have a proper door and the shower door was see through which was uncomfortable since I was staying with a friend. If you’re with your partner I’m sure this would be fine.

Loved the modern decor. Had a room with a bath which was a lovely luxury after 5 weeks of walking. Excellent breakfast, mostly lovely staff. Great location. Quiet. Sister hotel to Altair hotel nearby (which also looked lively).

Had to leave before breakfast time on day 2. The ‘picnic’ breakfast offered wasn’t even worth taking with me - bottle of juice, piece of fruit and a pre packed mini muffin. Could’ve/should’ve been WAY nicer. Female staff member constantly reminded us to pre book a taxi through her and gave misinformation re airport bus. The stop is a 2 min walk, buses run from 630am and cost €1 (taxi €25 (plus €4 booking). Bus was an easy and better option by far.

The hotel staff were warm, personable, and friendly -- among the best we encountered within one week of five different hotel stays. The manager lent us his umbrella for our walk to the Cathedral (we made sure not to lose it!) and the lady working at the breakfast counter the next morning was kind and attentive to detail, serving our breakfast and placing our luggage carefully away. As for the room, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus: ham, cheese, tart, yogurt, croissants, fresh orange juice, cereal, fruit, and coffee. The hotel's location is convenient, walking distance to the Cathedral and a little further out from the main plazas.

The design of the room was interesting.. If you use the bathroom at night, the light may disturb the other sleeping guest as the light shines both ways into the bathroom and the main room. Also, the bathroom's lack of privacy came as a big surprise. An all-glass shower room faces the entryway and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. A single frosted door swings in to seal off the shower room and swings out to seal off the bathroom.

Superb location. Close to where you want to be, but well away from the crowds also.

We arrived early and they were able to keep our bags for us while we explored. When we returned they had already brought our luggage to our room! We had to leave early for our flight and the staff put together a little snack sack for each of us since we would be missing the breakfast that next morning. They were very thoughtful and so helpful!

The location was within walking distance to the centre of the city and many other attractions including cafes and restaurants were close by. The hotel was within 3 minutes of the bus stop to the airport. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty. Coffee and tea was available all day. The manager and the staff were so helpful and accommodating and their recommendations for places to eat, how to get around and visitor attractions were perfect. We loved our bedroom and bath that we could lie in and see the hills and the birds flying from our window. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet. We will be returning next year.

Innkeepers were very gracious - helped to provide directions to places each time we needed. Breakfast was perfect for us in the morning - it included fresh squeezed orange juice. The bathtub on the patio was an added treat. A great place to recover after walking the Camino.

I love the design of the hotel, it’s one of the best designed buildings I’ve ever stayed in, it’s simple but every need is met , even every light and every switch is in the right place and it is built with interesting materials. All this creates a very relaxed, peaceful ambience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I had an early start so the staff left me a packed breakfast, I didn’t even have to ask for it. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, comfortable and visually attractive.No clutter! In the past 10 years I have stayed 4 times and it has been consistently good. I’m a big fan of the Moure!

The only thing I would add would be a kettle in the bedroom, but I appreciate the free coffee in the rest/ dining area and I know that kettle - free bedrooms are the norm in Spain!

Breakfast was really good, fresh orange juice, croissant, toast, cake, coffee - all the basics done well Location great, a few mins into the centre on foot, 3 mins to the bus stop to the airport on the way out for 1 euro, way better than a taxi Room is weird, good enough but..... Hotel staff are really helpful and friendly

Stupid room design, too many mirrors and almost no bathroom privacy - could be so much better, the designer just went too far - annoying as in most ways, the room was good, but needs a reality check - only travel with someone you know very well!
