Before I came, I was a bit worried because of other reviews, but this place is surprisingly cosy with everything you expect from a hostel - comfy bed (with disposable sheets), clean bathrooms, kitchen, common area. The staff was nice and always helped us when we needed. The location is perfect - in the heart of the city. Luggage storage is free and self-served. It’s a solid 8 out of 10 for me.

There’s no AC or fan in the room, so we had to keep our windows (even door) open for fresh air. However there were some people outside late at night (until 2am or so), so it could be noisy sometimes. There’s no lift either so expect to climb some stairs. The reception is only open til 11pm. We arrived after that and had to contact customer service over the phone to check in. It worked, but wasn’t the easiest way to check in or pay.

Great location within the city center. Full kitchen with stove and utensils! Staff were helpful and there was no curfew for entry/ exit. They allow bag storage till late which was very helpful!

Bathroom was very small and did not air out well so it felt damp all the time with limited space to put dry clothes etc

Albergue was run like a hotel — 24 hour access, did not have to check out and back into room on consecutive nights. Rooms were limited to two bunks ( four beds) Located a few minutes from the Cathedral and the Dia supermercado.

It was clean and comfortable although I’ve never had to use a disposable sheet cover and pillowcase before. It’s was no big deal and was comfortable enough. Great location close to cathedral.

Super central location, just a few minutes from the Cathedral. The rooms have just four beds each, makes for a more intimate stay.

All essentials are provided, overall the spaces just feel a bit constricted - the result of an older building right at the city center (made up for by location). One bathroom more would be great. As bathrooms are internal, a better ventilation would be good.

Fantastic location for the city centre- this cannot be understated. It's certainly adequate to stay for a night. The receptionist was very friendly.

I was on the top of a bunk bed which was slightly uncomfortably close to the ceiling. There was a lot of noise from the street during the night, given it's so close to the city centre. Check in was delayed because the cleaning wasn't completed, and so I was told to go away and come back later.

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure.

Paper sheets. The washing machine and dryer are in the seating area in the basement, so when they are in use, you can't have a relaxing time, or a proper conversation. The tiny seating area in the first floor is use to keep the luggage of the people leaving that day, so there is no place to sit. Only a coffee spoon in the kitchen.

Natalia in reception is excellent and should be commended. I had a glitch in schedule and reservations and she helped me to a very satisfactory conclusion Thank you Natalia

AS you know it is not a traditional hotel but an Albergue for the Peregrinos . The owner was always there and the helping lady. Both very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good " help your self as much as you may" And the meals are fantastic. Beef steak was realy delicius . THe room WIFI all very good .Thank youI

The staff was super nice and helpful and the site was super comfortable and safe.

I liked everything and I will stay here again in the future
