Amazing staff who went out of their way to help us with check-in, parking, restaurant recommendation, and more. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the cathedral (depending on how fast you go or how many times you stop to take pics of cool things!) which is awesome. It’s nice that there is an elevator and that coffee etc is available in the morning.

Parking can be a challenge and you may have to walk a bit as spots on the surrounding streets are in high demand. Beds were on the firm side, so may be a challenge for any who are sensitive to that, and the rooms are not really noise-proof. The people next to us came in after midnight and we could hear everything they were saying.

Hotel is not staffed at night. They give you an emergency number but that makes it seem more like a hostel than a hotel. ..and whilst staff are mostly very polite, they sometimes go about their business without thinking of guests e.g. loud loading/unloading dishwasher at breakfast!! No towels replaced in our room. They respond to any requests made politely and all problems are solved but perhaps could be a touch more guest-sensitive.

close proximity to everything we needed. Begona was awesome! She booked us the best massage therapists, pointed us to best restaurants, and was always ready to help in any way. She made us feel welcome and at ease as soon as we got to Denike. Luisa went out of her way to get me my extra pillow and she also secured our cab ride to the airport. Good breakfast. Having coffee service was something pleasant as we were able to have hot tea or coffee anytime between 8am - 9pm. There's laundry service onsite for additional fee but well worth it for convenience.

Everything. The design of the hotel entrance, corridors and room, the cleanliness which is impeccable, the great breakfast with the exceptional kindness of the staff (bravo!), the location in the pedestrian centre of Santiago de Compostela as well as the proximity to a guarded municipal covered Parking lot (La Salle parking lot), the mattresses quality and comfort, the bedsheets, the convenience a leave our luggage at the hotel during our last day in town. Taxis only have a permission to drop you/pick you up in the very front door of the hotel. Charming restaurant just in front with a stunning hidden garden, with good and cheap Galician specialties. It is a family hotel with around 15 rooms and the atmosphere is calm and appeasing. It looks brand new. I strongly recommend.

One of the best hotels I've been lodged in the last years. The owner is the personification of kindness, for she attend to all guests as if we were family. Delicious breakfast, everything natural and locally cooked. Place is 5 minutes walking to Santiago's Cathedral, a few steps from two landmarks such as St. Martinho Pinario and La Casa de la Troya, and yet it's very quiet. The old and historical building has been renovated and all rooms are modern, comfortable, warm, and convenient for a couple. I'll definitely reserve here again if I come back to Santiago, for me and my family spent such a great time in Santiago thanks partially to this wonderful hotel.

Very nice hotel in a central location in Santiago! Very nice facilities and accommodation. Clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast too! The personnel is very kind and friendly and speak very good English. The windows in the rooms have rolling shutters, which allows it to make it really dark inside the rooms.

The rooms were not really noise proof. There was a lot of noise on the hall that was very loud inside the room as well.

The staff where very welcoming , helpful and friendly , it was clean and tidy , the breakfast was great , with a nice choice , the rooms where clean and the beds where comfortable

The screen that separates the bathroom from the bedroom could be blacked out as you can see through it giving you no privacy, I stayed with a friend so we got a routine when it came to toilet and showers , however if the screen had not been see through this wouldn’t have been an issue

Room was bright and nicely decorated. Very clean. Located on a Quiet street that was an easy walk to cathedral and all the sights. Very good restaurant across the street. The woman working when we arrived and departed was very nice and hardworking. Our room was tidied/beds made as we stayed 2nights.

Even with windows open, the room was humid after our showers. And the bathroom door is semi transparent glass. Slides like a shower door. Not very private. The hotel did not inform me at checkin that the breakfast was not included in rate - just that breakfast was served- so I was a little surprised at the charge. It was very good however and now I can’t even remember the cost. Maybe 10€ PP/day.

Fantastic location in Santiago and light, airy and clean modern rooms. Staff let me leave my bag until I could check in, and allowed me to check in a little earlier than advertised. Coffee is available downstairs and a breakfast buffet if you choose to pay for it. Reception is not always manned but staff are available (and responsive) on Whatsapp. I had to book the room fairly last-minute due to my Sunday flight home being cancelled, forcing me to stay in Santiago an extra night, but the price of the room here wasn't too bad considering.

Good design

The host looked at our passports and told us to come back in half an hour so we left our bags in the lobby and went for a coffee. When we came back he was gone and there was no one there to check us in. After waiting for 20 minutes I peeked at the computer screen on the desk and saw my name and room number. I also saw a packet of keys on the desk with that room number so I took the keys and we went to our room and let ourselves in. There were our bags safe and sound in our room but it seemed odd that I had to steal the keys from the desk to get in.
