The room was very nice, however not what I thought I reserved (was told they no longer have those room offings)

Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, after flagging down someone in the restaurant for help (note, I was soaked and muddy, coming from the Camino, so didn’t want to sit in their white fabric chairs). Was treated as if I shouldn’t be there, then the room key didn’t work. When I went back down, again no one at the reception desk to help). Waited again… got my key and felt the room wasn’t what I thought it was reserved, and when I went down again, no one at reception so I gave up. Otherwise the room was nice, just don’t except any service

This hotel is right on the Camino path. The rooms were very nice, new and updated. The food was good. The staff welcoming. It is a short walk in the park to the Church of Santiago, an important church to visit for the pilgrimage to Santiago, It contains a special mooring. Other sites important to the Camino are nearby.

Storage for suitcases and clothing was limited.

An excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations - I think the Booking.com description doesn't do it justice. It's beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Large, comfortable room and ensuite - the biggest shower by far. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Great place. The description said it didn't have Wifi, but it does!

The room was hot! We couldn't get the AC to work but there was a large window which we could open to cool the room.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Padron. Walking distance to everything. The Pascua de Padron festival was taking place when we were there and it was right out our door - so fun! A nice break from the Camino (and easy access to Camino). The staff here were so nice and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again.

Close to The Camino - clean and comfortable beds.

Paid for breakfast but by the time we arrived for breakfast most of the choices were gone - very big crowd of hikers had picked over most of the food. And the staff did not top up the pastries etc stating that that was all that is left. We ate dinner here and it was an exceptional meal.

The location is excellent for those doing the Camino de Santiago. The room is comfortable, with relatively new and recent furniture and bathroom. There is a refrigerator in the room. The staff is friendly. The hotel is right in the center, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops.

I think I was unlucky to have caught the hotel undergoing renovations, which started early in the morning. If it weren't for that, I would have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is still in construction but the design and layout will be very good, while the location in Padrón is just about perfect. Cleanliness was an issue due to ongoing construction, but it is absolutely a rising star in the destination

We should have been advised beforehand about the ongoing construction works. A few system glitches around IT and check-in / check-out and staff not yet totally on-boarded, which was to be expected in the context of recent starting of operations and which will surely be addressed going forward...

The property is newly renovated and has great potential, the room was fantastic

There was no one at the property at any time, I was let in by a very helpful cleaning lady, but she was the only public facing person. The cafe and restaurant were closed and the breakfast hamper that was left in the kitchen was not up to any standard.
