O.M.G. I had dinner in the restaurant, and I think I had one of the best fillets I've ever eaten! Dinner was reasonably priced — and the food was excellent. The hotel is slightly off the path for the Camino de Santiago — but not significantly so. It's worth going off the path for this one!

A quirk of the hotel is that the lift/elevator stops on the "half" floor, or the landing between floors. That could be difficult for someone with accessibility issues who would have to navigate stairs by either walking up or down half a flight.

Great location in Padron, right next to the beautiful bridge. The guy on reception was really friendly and helpful and made sure we knew how the spa element operates Our room was set in the grounds of the hotel right next to the thermal pool. It was a great size, modern and fluffy dressing gowns were provided. The only gripe was we booked twin beds but they were pushed together and could not be separated. Being friends, it felt a bit up close and personal. We didn't use the Spa or pool, mainly because it was busy. Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a bun fight as padrons pushed their way through to grab their continental offerings, of which there was plenty.

The hotel is very tired and not of the standard of a British Spa hotel yet the price is pretty high for what you get.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay along Camino (a few blocks off of the actual Camino). Staff were very kind and helpful. Easy to explore Padròn, and I was given great info on what to see + do when I checked in.

Breakfast/coffee service didn't begin until 8:30am (due to slower season, I believe). I left at 7:30am, and was able to find coffee across the main road, but would have loved to have had it available at the hotel!

The location was perfect. The receptionist gave me a map and pointed out all the best locations to visit in the area and gave me. Short history of the location which was so interesting and informative. The attached restaurant offered great food that Was one of the best meals i experienced in my trip. The bath was a luxurious after walking the Camino for 300kms at this point . Highly recommend!

There was nothing to dislike

After a few days in hostels on the Camino, I was pleased to have a room to myself. I found it to be clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I ate in the restaurant when I arrived and have to say the food was delicious, despite being quite expensive by comparison to other restaurants. That said, it was great quality and very convenient.

Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable. The early breakfast and laundry next door were a big bonus. Ever better- the fantastic lunch at Chef Rivera’s restaurant!

Wish I had known or thought to reserve breakfast the night before. Still able to get a very nice coffee and toast from very accommodating staff, but the prearranged breakfasts looked great.

Room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Location is excellent, very near everything and the laundry next door is brilliant. Restaurant downstairs is good and offers good food. Receptionists are very polite, helpful and accommodating. The lift is handy when one is so tired after a long walk and all one can think about is a good rest.

The staff is friendly and competent. When we arrived we had very good explanations about the area on a map. The room was spacious and the bathroom with a tub was a good size. Everything is very clean. The restaurant has very good food options and very convenient early breakfast and a laundromat next door. It is in a very quiet street and very close to the Camino de Santiago and the Churches.

Dinner is really good.

the breakfast!!! the croissant were old of 10 years…it is not possible to offer this to the guests!!!! we were so happy to have our breakfast to start our second walking day of “Camino de Santiago” but really not nice… the espresso caffè it was the worst I have ever had in my life. It is so pity, because the evening before the 2 ladies serving at the table were so nice and great to prepare the espresso. the dinner also fantastic. In the morning there was a guy distracted: he took us the breakfast of an other room with meat and my husband doesn’t eat meat … after that guy was also pretty disappointed of his error with us…we didn’t appreciate this kind of behavior. we paid 7 euros for a not comestible croassaint and a not drinkable espresso.

Friendly reception not far off camino path. Bar restaurant and laundrette next to Hotel. Also had a bath to soak in after a long day walking. Great coffee...might be the best we had on the camino. Unfortunately we didn't eat there as it was Sunday and they were closed in the evening. We ate at a new Mexican in town. Will definitely return when in Padron. Thank you
