Luxurious design concept, exceptionally rich selection of breakfast, superbly nice staff, immaculate cleanliness, dog-friendliness, main pedestrian zone 50 meters away, beach entrance 50 meters away, bike rental 10 EUR/day

Parking is 1.5 km away, for 15 EUR/day (hotel staff can be asked to drive the car there and back). Occasionally, paid parking (blue lines) are available on the surrounding streets. There are 3 rooms on the 6th floor with “frontal” sea view looking over the building that stands between the Diva Hotel and the beach. There are another 8 rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors looking over the street, with a sideways view from the balcony towards the see. Sea-view photos on Booking.com are only taken from the 3 frontal-view rooms (and the roof-top bar), but none from the 8 sideways-view rooms. For clarity, I am attaching a photo from this latter room category.

An extraordinary hotel. Staff is very well orgenized and very friendly, always ready to provide information. The location is very good, close to the pedestrian area and restaurants. The cleanliness is perfect. Although the hotel does not have a parking lot in the immediate vicinity, the staff makes efforts to place the cars in a safe parking lot and to put your car at your disposal whenever you need.

I don't think it was anything that bothered me. If I end up in this area, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Bed was great, we slept very well. Very quiet when the windows are closed, although the location is kind of busy. Super clean, good quality materials, very friendly and supportive staff, good breakfast. A lot to like...

Just minor points that were slightly irritating: Looking at the pictures we thought it is a beachfront hotel, but it is actually in the second row (but just a few steps away and our room still had beach views, so quite nice still). And there were 3 table lamps in the room (besides the bed and on the desk), where none of them worked (no cables, battery powered and empty?). But again not a real problem.

Great Rooms, nice sea view, very very friendly owner and the personal as well is very kind. Great roof top bar, good food and a great view around Lignano. Design of the hotel is cool and the place is for adults only;-) The hotel is on the beach but also only a 2min walk from the Main Street with good restaurants and a lot of stores. We are visiting this hotel ever, year 2-3 times and of course we will come again and again;-))

Very helpful staff even when late arrival. Amazing breakfast. Directly located near the beach.

It could have been a blanket instead of a sheet to sleep on. But it was brought without any problems upon request.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I can only say good things, the staff was endlessly kind, attentive and helpful. The hotel is sophisticated and clean, the restaurant has impeccable, delicious food.

Excellent location, staff amazing, even park your car for you. Great sky bar.

Shower drainage not supporting the water flow. Bathroom became flooded. Staff upgraded us to compensate.

Staff was very helpful, location and breakfast was great too!

We expected a bit more for these prices. We did not have any amenities in the room or minibar.
