The staff and manager ( maybe owner) were excellent. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the view from my room. I’ll go back for sure.

Ok, so you may have to walk a bit to get to the parking spot and it does cost extra but that was all spelled out clearly before I booked. The parking spot was good as there is virtually no parking in this area of grado

Some problems occurred during our stay (e.g. no parking place) but they immediately found a solution for them. Best location in town, with yachts and restaurants around. You feel special staying here.

What I didn’t like was outweighed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the perfect view from our room window.

The young man at check-in (Eduardo I think his name is) was great. Very friendly, very helpful in explaining everything. His english was very good. The location is in Grado center. Our room had a beauiful outlook over the canals.

The room was small but hey the price was good and the view was great so one really cannot complain. We were on ebikes. The storage area for bikes is limited so ll the bikes had to be stacked one against the other. Took a while in the morning to carefully clear other bikes away to get ours out.

Amazing breakfast with a large, varied selection. Bike storage and 24 hour reception. Everything was clean and functional although a little tired in some places.

Location is amazing. The view in the morning is the best right in front of the port. Staff is super friendly. We felt at home.

There's no fridge in the room but the staff was super nice to put our items in their fridge & no net on the window.

We didn’t manage to turn on air conditioner, but maybe we were stupid and anyway it was comfortable in a room

Location is the best, room could be bigger, but for 1 night was fine. Breakfast was really good.

A bit pricey, but Grado is a busy place.

A hotel with an exceptional location. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, helping us with everything we needed. The receptionists spoke English well. The breakfast was pretty good too and the hotel's bar was a nice place to have a beer at before retiring to our room.

The rooms were not too big and somewhat obsolete for 21st century standards, but they were clean.

The staff were great,especialy the lovely ladies from housekeeping The view from our room was wonderful

Super friendly helpful people. I had bike trouble on the way and it was touch and go if I would make it . They were really helpful and communicated my options . Much appreciated. Great location . Great value
