Amazing pool with slides for the kids. There was also a kids' club with entertainment, but our children didn’t take part because they didn’t want to leave the pool. Plenty of poolside chairs for adults and the option to sit in the shade of the trees. Very friendly staff and convenient parking – each bungalow had its own assigned parking space. AC in the bungalow worked quite well. There were all the essential kitchen tools to cook a meal.

The bungalow was outdated and could have been cleaner. The laundry room, which serves the entire holiday complex, had only two washing machines – not really enough. To use a machine, you need to buy a token from the reception: one load costs €3.50 if you have your own detergent, and €4.00 if you need detergent included.

It’s quite small friendly. It’s has a good pool area. Beds always available . The staff do some exercise classes and kids disco if you’re into that. The food in the restaurant is reasonable and tasty.

The beach ! It’s a good 10 to 15 minute walk away and they have a patch of beach with sun lounges on. It’s really quite boring and you won’t wanna spend a whole day there so it’s really the pool area.

The hotel is perfect for those who travel by car. We were assigned a parking spot right in front of our cabin. The cabin has everything you need and more. The air conditioner was working perfectly, which is a must have in the heat that was present during our stay. The hotel is also perfect for people who bring their dogs with them. There is a fenced area, where you can leave the dog off leash and it even has some training equipment.

We had a minor ant problem, but the hotel staff quickly helped us resolve it.

we had such a fun time here!! Location is super, you can make nice walks directly from the property. We have dogs, so this was extra nice. Pet friendly place, the surcharge is 5 euro per pet per night. The apartment was wonderful. All is renovated, it’s clean and comfortable. There are washing machines on the premises one can use for 3,50. Staff is super friendly. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely come back to this place!

Simple but comfortable house in the midst of a holiday village. Great pool with lots of space to play despite being there in peak season. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was sufficient, with enough choice for all tastes and good enough quality. Only disappointed by the coffee quality, real poor for Italy ;-) Super staff, very committed.

I liked our apartment, it was clean and comfortable with the AC. We enjoyed outdoor space infront the apartment and children playground. The big children pool was fantastic! Enough space for everybody. Staff in the recepcion was very nice and always prepared to help. We will definitely come again.

Lack of dishes in the kitchen.

The place is almost ideal for a family vacation with children. The only disadvantage is that the good beaches are a bit away, one has to go either with a bike or a car, which however takes only 10-15 min and requires a couple of euros for parking. Generally, Grado is fantastic if one goes in the mid summer since during the hottest hours one can find a lot of cultural entertainment nearby - Basilicas of Grado and Aquiliea and the museum of roman art in Aquilea.

Some items in the kitchen were missing (probably broken before) which was a bit inconvenient, but apparently it was possible to ask at the reception to get extra stuff. The lamp in the room was a bit dull.

Nice and clean campus and area. A very nice group of young people, creating animations and games for children every day. Nice swimming pool with playgroud.

The closest beach is not good and nice, better stay in the swimming pool.

Nice setup to travel with a big family group, everyone has there own "place" and you can meet up for joint activities. Liked the tennis court. Parking mostly also directly next to the places available.

The rooms are not very well noise isolated against each other - so can be very loud depending on the neighbors.. Breakfast is very basic, not too special. Even though it's directly located next to the sea, there is no actual beach, just a concrete pathway next to the sea that you can go to directly from the area.
