The hotel is located in very calm part of the city. Bus stop is near the hotel - the city center is approximately 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by walk. Nearby, you'll find a grocery store and two restaurants. The beach is about a 5–10 minute walk away. The hotel has its own parking area, which costs €10 per day. Hotel is pet-friendly. The room equipment is a bit dated, but the rooms are clean. A hotel maid cleans the rooms every morning. Grado has a beautiful old town with a market, many restaurants, and pedestrian zones. Every Saturday morning, there is a local market near the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel was served buffet-style. The food was tasty and regularly replenished. However, throughout our stay, the selection remained mostly the same, with only minimal changes — occasionally, a few types of pastries were different, but otherwise the food stayed the same.

Hotel was pleasant, and breakfast was very nice. All the staff were super helpful with all our questions, we had many! Thank you so much!! The old town is really lovely, with some very quaint restaurants. Transport from the ferry is very easy on bus 37 but we didn’t know on the way to the hotel and we walked 30 mins with our luggage.

Only one suggestion, information about the transport options to the hotel would be helpful. Beaches in Grado are very shallow (knee to waist deep) and most of them are paid, except on very east and west ends.

Quiet, clean rooms with nice balcony and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of sweet and savory options. The area is a bit far to walk from the old town but with bicycles the place is ideal. There is an indoor bike storage but you can also keep the bicycles in the back yard. Parking is available for a reasonable fee.

They should have 2 separate sheets on the beds and not just one large sheet. Doors to the rooms open/close loudly. The scent in the hallway from the plug-in diffusor is unnecessary and too strong.

The room was comfy, clean, the balcony was spacious really nice for relaxing in the evening. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the location is just great. The breakfast and dinner buffets were awesome.

Pillows were really low, but that's just my personal preference. The only thing I disliked was that the AC was really loud. In order to cool the room, the fan must be set to high, and it became really hard to fall asleep. Once the fan was set the low, the outer unit sound was dominant (I think there is a loose bolt) which was even more discomforting. The units should be serviced, and I think it would make them work like a charm

Sara at the reception was super friendly and she explained everithing to us. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the "paied to entry" beach, and aroind 20 minutes from the "free" beach. There is a limited amount of parking in the Hotel yard, so if there is no place there you can park on the street or in the 2 designated parking aeras (but saturdays there is a huge market so it is prohibited to park there, keep that in mind as it has positivley suprised us, we walked out of the hotel and saw a loooot of people and goods :) ) The breakfast was delicions, and there was a variety of food and drinks. Overall the hotel is very clean, and the staff is super friendly!

The hotel is very classy and clean. The staff are very kind and communicative. They also have a small game room next to dinning table with the tv and sofa. The breakfast they serve is always fresh and enough for everyone.☺️

Employee in the reception was very helpful, show us where to go, and where is secured parking. We had balcony in our appartment that i considering is big plus during summer night, so you can sit there and enjoying your vacation. They had possibility to choose non smoking apartment, and this is for me as an non smoker very convenient.

only negative thing was entrance to parking lot. If you have slightly wider car, its difficult, but not impossible, just take it easy and slow :) From our apartment we were not able to see the sea, but its nothing that i can complain. (maybe you can ask for apartment with the view on the sea, i was not asking, for me not important :) )

Very friendly staff. They were responsive via Booking.com messenger and allowed us to check in early. Everything was in working order and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only con was that the walls are a bit thin. This meant we woke up when other guests were very loud when they returned to their rooms after midnight.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, new bathrooms. There was a smell coming from the toilet, but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was okay. Comfy beds, good location, AC, lift.

Breakfast was amazing, we had a bufet dinner but it wasnt anything special.

Nice and cosy, most likely family run, located within walking distance to historic city centre and just a few hundred meters from the beach. Tasty and diverse breakfasts. Definitely recommended for it’s price.
