The apartment is nice, tidy and comfortable size for a family of 4. The outside is newly renowated (not as old as shown on Google streetview). It is well equipped, bed linen, towels, basic kitchenware, microwave, washing machine are included. The beds are good. Air conditioning works well and the mosquito nets are really useful. We enjoyed the big balcony as well. The area is rather quiet, apart from the waste collection. Though we preferred the beaches on the other side of Grado, the closer ones are only few minutes by walk. In fact everything can be reached by foot or by bike easily. The shop right under the building was also very useful for us.

Parking is a bit difficult, not easy to find a free parking spot but we were lucky to find one and did not use the car at all during the holiday so it was not a problem for us.

Good location, reasonable pricing, and spacy. Well equipped; bathroom with towels, functional kitchen, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher (big plus), washing machine... They rent bikes, very convenient for getting around in Grado. The facility has a reception, and when needed they are willing to help or to advise on the sights and things to do...

This facility requires some remodeling, it is obvious that it is getting oldish... but on the other hand quite good value for the money if compared to offerings in the vicinity. Air conditioning is a bit too weak, the kitchen ok but still I'd prefer to have some more utensils, glasses... Parking was not a problem for me, but still, you have to park outside on the street, in the 'public' parking spaces. Could be a problem when the place gets really busy.

The beach is very close to the apartment. Grocery store and restaurant are in 10 m far from the apartment. There are lot of free parking spot near to the apartment. There are 2 air conditioners in our apartment so it was very easy to cool down the rooms. All rooms were clear and the beds were comfortable.

The walls are very thin so we can hear almost everything from the neighbors. The DeSpar is placed under the apartment which is opening at 8:00 AM. For us, it was not a problem because the children get up early. It is not very loud.

Apartment was clean, neighborhood quiet. There is a good restaurant just across the street, Delfino Blu, they have good dishes and they bring them fast. The beach is approx. 5 mins walk with family.

Beds were a little bit too soft for me, I had some back problems in the morning on the 2nd half of the week. There was no oven in the apartment.

The location is excellent – the beach is very close to the apartment, and there's a market just around the corner. The city center is also nearby, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. The apartment has a spacious terrace.

The apartment is not suitable for a longer stay for families. The kitchen is small, so you can only prepare a light breakfast and coffee.

Huge balcony with sunbeds and table, very nice rolm with a large fridge. Bed and pillows were on the harder side but that comes down to personal preference, it was comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything that could be needed for cooking and co. Wifi was good. It is also nice, that a supermarcet is right there at the corner.

The main door of the room should be changed/isolated better, because due to the large gap under the door mosquitos can fly in and also every single word from the hallway can be heard if someone is out.

Appartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning was very effective. Kitchen was modern and fairly well equipped. Beds comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and directly above a supermarket. There is a good pizza restaurant just opposite. We would stay there again. Staff were friendly and the arrangements for collecting the keys worked well.

Was a bit noisy in the early morning due to unloading at the supermarket. Quite a long way (20minute walk) from the centre of Grado.

Great, clean, big apartment. Supermarket is only 1 minutes away. We stayed only one night with late arrival, but due to the detailed information we received from the reception, it was easy to find the property and our room. Definitely recommended for more nights as well!

Clean, huge terrace, friendly staff, perfect location, has everything we needed, close to beach and city center and grocery, even bicycles ara available.

Some more cuttlery would have been nice (sharp knives, cups). The bathroom has everything you need, but is rather small.
