The woman at reception was extremely helpful, we were offered a package for the nearby beach for free, use of bikes for free (they have a large selection including kids bikes), and onsite parking for a very reasonable rate. The room was spacious and clean and had a large balcony. It's quick to get into the old town by bike along a safe bike path next to the beach but it's a bit of a walk (20 mins) if you have young kids and you wouldn't want to try to find parking. So it's a great location if you're happy cycling! Overall I highly recommend this accommodation.

Upon arrival we were given an on- the- spot upgrade and received an even more comfortable apartment, than the one we'd booked. I thought it was extremely kind. The manager lady ( perhaps the owner, as well?) kindly recommened several good restaurants to us. Breakfast: Although we had a different arrangement, based on what we saw and heard from other guests, it's pretty good and well worth it.

Parking in the hotel yard, while convenient and economical, can cause stressful moments when you have to squeeze the car in / - or out of tight spots.

Both of them went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always with a genuine smile. We got a one-bedroom apartment with two expansive balconies facing north and west. The apartment was really spacious and clean, had absolutely everything one might need and, most importantly, stayed cool throughout the day even with the air conditioning off. The location was perfect as well, with free parking in the neighbourhood, the nearest grocery store at the next intersection and within a 5-minute walk from the beach. Special thanks to the staff who were extremely friendly and cheerful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend the place to anyone travelling to Grado.

Great location, wonderful and very friendly staff. The room was spacious, with two air conditioners, and the bathroom was also large and clean. Everything was really nice – would definitely come back again!

Overall everything was OK, but the bed in the bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the breakfast was mostly sweet, with very few savory options, so I couldn't really enjoy it as much as I hoped. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Fabulous dog friendly ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious and really well designed with 2 showers, which was great when getting back from the beach and everyone needing to have a shower and get changed. Comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, blackout curtains. Really quiet at night but short walk to bars, restaurants, beach, shops. Staff super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early as room was ready.

Could have been some cooked items at breakfast

The receptionist/owner lady was super kind and helpful. She spoke perfect English and German. She was always at hand for useful tips and recommendations. The whole appartment was neat and clean. The room satisfied all the needs and it was also marvellously clean. I would go back any time! Thank you!❤️🇮🇹

I liked everything. Tiziana is the best host I have ever met. She was very nice, made us good breakfast, the whole hotel is perfectly cean. The old town can be reached on foot, the beach is on a 10-minutes walking distance. A Spar is in two minutes.

The city od Grado is very nice, the location of the hotel is few minutes from beach, you can book sun package in first row on the beach on reception, also you can book parking space near the hotel.

Spacious, clean rooms, pleasurable furnishing, big terrace. Host lady was very kind and inform us about every important thing about the accomodation even we stay only 2 days. Beach is very close to Hotel.

Wifi password was wrong
