Stunning location and Leah is really sweet and a great host. The building is old so please bear this in mind, though they’ve added everything you could need. Perfect if you’re docking the boat for a bit

Like I said the building is old so a couple of quirks and means it’s harder to clean, but I had a very positive experience with nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend to anyone else on their travels

The room is cute, big enough for one. The bathroom is nice and clean, though very small. The room has air conditioning, which is great, as the air is stuffy inside. The owner is kind and cooperative, her english is good enough.

Windows are horrible, you can hear every noise, and there are many, as the hotel is right next to a busy street and you can hear every car passing by. The bed was unconfortable. The air in the room was stuffy. Breakfast is in the room and it consist of a croissant (store bought prepacked) and a piece of toast.

Clean. The house has an atmosphere of past times which gives it charm.

It is a bit of a cheat: the house lies between the busiest road of Monfalcone and a river that once was a sea arm leading to the inland port. The pictures show a nice garden with a lovely view on the water but this is a no-go area for guests. Due to the the busy road do not expect easy nights here. And once woken up there waits a breakfast on your room of sealed prefab breads. We thought is was a ripp of despite the friendliness of the host.
