We stayed one night on our way to Verona and found it to be an excellent transit stop. The room was clean and comfortable. Private parking was a big plus. The hotel is about 2 km from the train station, with easy access to Trieste by train (around 30 minutes). A practical option for travelers heading further toward Verona, Trieste, or other destinations in northern Italy.

Everything was fine for a short stay. The area is quiet and not very lively – more suitable for a transit stop than local tourism.

It’s a pleasant place with a decent breakfast. I suspect it mostly used by business travellers as if was almost deserted on a Sunday and bad was closed etc.

There is no kettle in the room or even so much as a cup or a glass. They leave one free small bottle of water only. When brushing your teeth you need to bend down to the tap with your mouth as there is not a single glass in the place. I can’t say I have ever experienced this before!

Great staff and parking, the parking was my criteria for the selecting the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the room windows had blinds, which made it easy to sleep more in the morning as it was completely dark.

The bathroom was quite small as expected, however the bidé and the shower were tiny. Barely any room to shower for someone who's 184 cm and 100 kg, definitely a miss here.

Staff member at front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with leaving luggage, hiring a bicycle and calling a taxi for me on my check out day. I felt she really cared. Nice breakfast items, good decors, comfortable beds, good hotel information in the room . Nice and quiet.

Breakfast: There was one member of staff serving everyone in the breakfast room and it took a long time to catch her attention for drinks. There were a lot of gaps in the food because there wasn't enough staff to replenish (just this one lady). It wasn't all her fault although she did tend to take one tea/coffee order at at time and not seeing who was next to arrive in the room. I wish the tea/coffee had been self-service as it would have made life easier for everyone and she could have focused on the food/drink being in good supply as new people came in. Food choices were good however. Opening the doors with the cards was not straightforward and required several attempts but once I got the hang of it I was ok.

The hotel was nice, spacious. Great size room. The only downside was the bar and restaurant were not open which was not stated at the time of booking. So for lunch or dinner you had walk to the centre which was 10-15 minutes. But breakfast was lovely and staff was amazing very good helping with local restaurant recommendations and transport in the area.

no coffee nor tea in room, one bottle of water between two for three nights. hairdryer poor tv didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed over three days. plain croissants ran out at all 3 breakfasts coffee machine not emptied often enough for it to work properly no restaurant nor bar other than for breakfast

Lovely hotel and staff...... very accommodating and had secure private parking available. It is a fun hotel and the renovations were very nice. We had adjoining rooms with a huge front patio...... and we could go between our rooms on the patio. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a great place for pizza... which was awesome!

We had lots of issues with one of the room doors - it did not lock with the key card and just by pushing the door it would pop open. They provided us a key, but then gave us the wrong key - and so we were up and down a lot just to get access into our one room. Even though it was a little inconvenient, the staff were helpful in managing the problem..... it just seemed to be an ongoing problem. But otherwise the stay was good - and I assume they will have the problem rectified quickly...... not something that should deter you from staying here. The location wasn't what we expected...... we went to the center, but it wasn't what we expected. Tried to find a local restaurant but nothing too appealing in the area.

Stayed here becasue we had a very early flight out. The hotel arranged a taxi, 10 mins drive from Airport. Great dinner 10 mins walk from hotel.

We were given a room that had an interconnecting door. Unfortunately we could hear people talking very clearly through it. Thankfully they were quiet after a while.

Great place, close to the fantastic shipbuilding Museum. The hotel is fully renovated, good breakfast.

There were no bar, however it was written on the webpage even today. I understand that is not easy, but if you sell some bottle of vine and frizzante (and give glasses) at the reception it would be enough.

Absolutely fantastic staff, our flight was delayed and it was after mid-night when we arrived. Massimo was on reception and he was so helpful and organised some food and drinks for us, absolutely excellent service, thank you. The next morning Elena was equally excellent in sorting taxis for our large group of 9.

Nothing
