The hotel is beautiful with free parking lot. The location is great as we can take the bus for around 20 minutes to Groningen center. Also we can go hiking with many different routes in the surroundings. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly. They also have restaurant and bar. TV has different channels with different languages (Dutch, English and German). Bed is comfortable.

We would like to have more coat racks to hang clothes or towels.

Since we had previous experiences with this hotel, we knew what to expect. Finding a recently refurbished room was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and interested.

When entering the room there was a slight off-smell. On entering the bathroom there was a distinct sewage smell. Ventilating the room expelled most, but only the following day it was really gone. We reported this at the frontdesk but advise a serious investigation nonetheless.

Very quiet neighborhood. The room was very spacious, with a nice balcony. The bed was big and comfortable. Very friendly staff at the reception. Good hotel for families. Lots of free parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. There was a good selection of breakfast items.

No aircon in my room but I booked late (hot weather outside) ,but had a balcony door that I could open up

Good room , nice and healthy breakfast , pleasant and helpful personnel.

There are only 2 electric charge stations. Insufficient for such a large hotel. Not recommended for people with ev car.

The hotel is one of the “Oldies but goldies… “. The manager woman- to proud and pip , or deaf, to answer my question. The lady at the receptios - quite ok.

We got an Upgrade to the Suite. Very nice and big room. 2 TV, Jacuzzi, nice air condition. Breakfast with everything fresh and hot, even if you start the day a bit late
