The hotel has a wonderful location, very close to Groningen and Assen. There is convenient transportation. The whole concept is to make you feel at home, we had a wonderful designed room, extremely clean, the terrace and the view are amazing, a very quiet and peaceful place, and a nice combination of a hotel with a restaurant with a fresh local food. We will definitely visit again! The breakfast is amazing, typical dutch style with local natural products. We recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to feel at home when away from home!

It was wonderful stay!

Spacious and clean room, good breakfast, and friendly and direct communication. Concrete direct and pleasant communication, which is characteristic of the northen part of the Netherlands. Everything good! If you like to visit Groningen, but would like to avoid the hassle of the Groningen inner city traffic with both the currently ongoing restructuring and expensive parking facilities, staying in Peize is an excellemt alternative, as bus line 4 provides an excellent connection to Groningen.

What a delight! One of the best nights hotel experiences I have had. The hotel exudes calm and has such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The room was brilliant, staff delightful and breakfast amazing. It all came in a wooden crate, so much variety and we are vegetarians. There is even a little bag for you to take away the perishables you cannot eat. So easy to access Groningen on the number 4 bus. Just amazing!

The room was really cool with a cozy bath next to the bed and nice balcony, bed very comfy and friendly staff. They made a really nice breakfast to us even if it was 12pm. Appreciate to the two girls who were working at that time they were very kind. Thank you all

The professionalism of the staff, quality of the room and its location. This is a family owned and run hotel and their young staff are very energetic, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast next morning was substantial and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Only one black mark. The property would not suit mobility restricted guests as the stairs to the rooms are very steep, as well as a step down into the bathroom.

Bij Boon is a lovely location. We were received with a warm welcome and shown to our spacious room, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious! Would highly recommend a stay in this accommodation.

Nice Ritual soap and shower gel, however in small plastic bottles which is not environmentally friendly. The breakfast box was a nice idea but the selection wouldn’t cater for a vegetarian or vegan

Amazing space, fascinating Velux terrace, stylish and functional bathroom. A very clean and comfortable space. The house restaurant is great, and very popular with the locals. A safe lock up garage for bikes…

Parking!..It took us some time to find it, we drove round and round. They can can communicate better on the site where to find the Parking since from what they told us the municipality does not allow them to put sings on the Street..
