We arrived on a particularly hot day, yet the air conditioning was excellent. The room was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast garden was beautiful and well laid out. We've stayed at many locations in and around the Avignon area over many years and found most to be lacking something. Moulin de la Roque ticked every box, and we look forward to returning again.

The car parking was a little small. We went out to see friends for a couple of hours after our arrival. We eventually obtained a parking space after another guest went out. I don't know where we could have parked had that last space not been vacated.

Gorgeous back yard. Restaurant was unexpectedly first class and fabulous. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Wood burning grill inside. Swimming pool was beautiful but weather was too chilly to use it. Staff was very attentive. Staff helped with contacting rental car company about a car problem.

Patio on room was unkept - dead plants and mildewed furniture. Room was in process of renovation - sparcely furnished.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lounge area by reception is very modern and spacious. The outdoor area consisting of a dining section, terrace and pool were great!

Room was quite small so we had to store our suitcases inside the wardrobes where it was then not possible to fully open. There was also very little space to be able to put your toiletries in the bathroom.

Beautiful location, amazing swimming pool!! The room was convenient but a bit dark (I was at the ground floor). Unfortunately there was no space at the restaurant and the could not go the extra mile to find a way to squeeze in 1 extra person. The breakfast is good (if you ask they make good coffee instead of getting it from the automatic machine) and make sure you check out the pool!

- the breakfast was a bit pricey for what you get. I would have loved to have more savory options. - the TV in our room was weirdly positioned (small detail but still) would have been great to place it facing the bed so you can watch TV in bed and not on the sofa that’s not very comfortable - although we had a terrace in our bedroom it looked a bit sad (no decor, sad umbrella and not very clean)

The premises were beautiful and also the food in the restaurant was a great surprise!!

There is hardly any noise insulation, hence making it quite uncomfortable to relax in the room. Also, the beds and pillows were not really comfy.

The room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable, with a lot of light and a great view! The pool and the garden are gorgeous and private. The restaurant was our absolute highlight. We can't recomend this property enough! Such a great place!!! The staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs.

Such a lovely place to stop off, the staff were kind and friendly, our room was gorgeous and the pool was great if not a little busy. The outside terrace was wonderful for dinner and breakfast, the food and wine were delicious.

Nothing really, but if I was being picky the gardens could have a little tied up

The property was modern with comfortable beds. Enjoyed using the swimming pool which has been recently updated and new. Lovely ambiance for dining. Food was excellent. I would stay here again.

Some umbrellas around the pool could be replaced for protection against the sun.

Beautiful place. Warm, welcoming, and sparkling clean. Very easy to find and reach. Great value for money. The surroundings are amazing, even though we were not able to enjoy much due to poor weather. We would definitely come back.
