The staff was amazing. The views were phenomenal from the sky bar, and the security was around the clock. There were plenty of great restaurants that were very reasonable in walking distance.. The beds were very comfortable as well

We did not purchase an all inclusive package, which I was glad because the food and the restaurants was not bad, but not great either we were much happier eating at a nearby, Italian restaurant and eating local Dominican food.

This hotel was literally a dream! I felt like royalty and the staff were all sooo friendly and respectful. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the Sky Bar were my absolute favorite.

The only thing that could have been better was the food options. Breakfast was perfect. But dinner could have better options.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Johanni, who welcomed us with a smile and a kindness that marked the beginning of a memorable experience. Upon arriving at our room, we were surprised by the thoughtful touch of a complimentary fruit salad and sparkling wine, which we deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, reflecting the excellent work of the housekeeping team, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. Our first night at the hotel was especially special thanks to the rooftop terrace. There, we were greeted with a wonderful smile by Xiomara, treated with great friendliness by Betsaida, and enjoyed exquisite cocktails prepared by Noelby. We also met Jasmine, whose smile and courtesy left an indelible impression on us, and Geral, a true gentleman whose hospitality far surpassed that of the four-star hotels we've stayed at. They also have a future Michelin-starred chef, whose talent was evident. Over the next few days, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, where we met Madeline, a charismatic and helpful person who made our first morning very special. Jasmine was once again present, making us feel right at home. We also spent time by the pool, where the atmosphere and music exceeded our expectations. There, we met Emilio, who prepared the best piña coladas we've ever had. Toward the end of our stay, we met Ismaris, a dedicated and knowledgeable hospitality professional. On our last day, Ana and Emilio Salas graciously facilitated a late check-out. Although it's difficult to remember all the names, we want to assure you that every member of your team made us feel at home, demonstrating a passion for their work. We will confidently recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Perhaps the Beach water this time of the year was not the best, due to the algae moving towards the shore, the boat experience, snorkeling, and swimming in the natural pools is a must-do!

The location was great. We loved being right on the beach and super close to different amenities. The two restaurants gad good offerings. Loved the skybar and pool. The room was comfortable and well shocked.

The restaurants has food offerings but after a couple meals were a bit limiting so we went to other places. The music on the soundtrack was quite repetitive. Would have loved some bachata or dominican music! One of the pools was under maintenance the entire portion of our stay and unusable which was disappointing because we were looking forward to using it.

Our room was perfect! From the balcony we had direct view to the beach and loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The room was bright, modern and cheery. Not too big, not too small. Comfortable bed. We were lucky to get a late check out as we had an evening flight. We did pay a fee for this, but within reason, first hour free and then after $10.00 US per hour. It was well worth it. We could still enjoy both pools, the beach and taking a shower before our flight. We loved the Sky Bar with the rooftop pool. The best Pina colada’s, blended with fresh pineapple, other drinks also good. We ate sushi at the sky bar as well, while enjoying the view of the full moon over the ocean. The breakfast was also very nice. The warm welcome when we arrived to the room with champagne and fresh fruit was a sweet touch. We really enjoyed our last night and almost two days of our vacation, due to the late check out, a nice way to end our vacation.

The welcome at the reception could be a little warmer. In complete contrast to the rest of the lovely, friendly welcoming staff, especially at the Sky Bar. We felt the good vibes they generated onto others.

I really liked how it was a beach front hotel. The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond, tips are appreciated but not obligated. We had issues with the ATM and it wasn’t until before our last day we were able to get cash. We then were able to tip everyone who were extremely appreciative. Theh have an excursion guy named Breno who we booked 2 different excursions with at a very affordable price, much much cheaper than what you’d book on TripAdvisor. Both excursions jncluded breakfast and transportation and several activities. One of them was to “La Hacienda” where we did safari, zip lining (5 zip lines you go through) lunch was after, then buggy rides, a stop at a historical area where you tour the ancestral homes where they offer free hot chocolate (my favorite), coffee and of course can’t forget Mamajuana, lastly horseback riding. That was just one day! The second excursion was a trip to Isla Catalina where we did some snorkeling and saw the fishes and reefs, we had lunch also included and then stayed the rest of the day enjoying the Caribbean blue clear water and white sand. Really happy we booked with Breno who is at the hotel. The hotel has room service and the breakfast options are incredible. They have buffet style along with a menu which the items are made to order all different variety of breakfast. There is also security on the property, they stand by the entrance of the hotel and then the entrance to the beach right after. They also check if you are a guest. The area around the hotel is all tourists, however be mindful of your surroundings. We found a Cuban cuisine restaurant which we liked very much call “Don Pio” very good food. At the hotel they have the “Tamashi Sky Bar” which has sushi and Japanese style appetizers. Which were good not bad. Our favorite would be the Italian style restaurant also in the hotel called “Anima” very delicious and we ordered room service a few times for dinner.

The room is very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in an ocean view room and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs and a table. The balcony also has a drying rack which is very helpful. They provide all kind of toiletries including shaving razors and toothbrushes. They also provide slippers and robes. Breakfast is good. They have a buffet and you can also order a la carte with no additional charge. They also provide water as much as you need. Infinity pool on the rooftop is awesome! Staff is nice and helpful. There are a few good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. If you are looking for something different than an all inclusive, I really recommend this hotel! We had a great stay!

The water from the sink and shower has an unpleasant smell but I don't think there is much the hotel can do about it. I believe it's a bigger issue that the city should fix such as better sewage system and better water filtration system.

Great location, two amazing pools, beautiful views. Hotel is adult only but their beach is shared however this didn’t affect us. We stayed twice during our holiday and thought the sea view room was spectacular. Smart TVs in the rooms was a great touch and the welcome fruit/cava too. They were helpful sorting out excursions through their sister hotel down the road.

It could be quite loud, and you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. Food at breakfast and the restaurant wasn’t great for the price. We had to chase a few times to get extra bedding which we requested at check in.

Great facilities, beach fronting with nice soft white sands. Breakfast was really good you have the buffet and menu to choose from or both! Our room was ideal well air conditioned and very large comfy bed Really helpful staff all round

Quite crowded on the beach and some broken sun beds but otherwise great. There was a private 18+ area both on the beach and by the pools so you could get away from the crowds.

It's a smaller hotel compared to the resorts around so it's more secluded and less busy. The two pools on the property are not crowded and often times you can be swimming there on your own. There were enough confortable sunbeds availabe and the beach didn't feel crowded. Keep in mind that all the beaches around are available for public to cross through so you will have vendors approaching you to sell you tours/ souvenirs etc as most of the beaches around. They are not too intrusive if turned town politely. Definitely book the room with sea view as the hotel is directly on the beach so the view is lovely. The breakfast as well as the Japanese restaurant is on the rooftop terrace, nearby the infinity pool and offers a great view. The breakfast has a buffet as well as a la carte options and they also offer you mimosas as part of it! The staff was helpful and pleasant, the receptionist and most of the waiters spoke decent English compared to the waiters at the Impressive resort nearby so didn't have any issue communicating. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance so you can either eat at the hotel ( Italian / Japanese) or easily somewhere else. Overall a great experience at this hotel as it matched out vibe being relaxing and for adults only.

Through the room's door on the ground you can hear the voices of staff/ other guests passing by. At a next door bar they have a rooster which you could possibly hear a bit in the morning but for us it wasn't an issue.
