The rooms are clean, there are the golf cars, that bring you to the beach, the concierge, Mr. Davidson, ist very nice, he takes care about our comfort (he should be promoted), the transfer from the airport was also brilliant - with Ford Explorer and with Chevrolet Suburban. The territory is huge and well-kept.

The breakfast is not included in the price and looks poor itself - absolutely not worthy its price. The workers tried to overcharge me twice, the customers should always pay attention to how much he pays, otherwise he would be charged twice different services, i.e. additional bill for electricity, extra prices in the supermarket on the territory of the hotel, etc.

The mamichula restaurant, the pools, the beach location, always ride available if needed riding around if you needed to be dropped to a location.

A couple things were broken in the room like the little wall mount the lamp sat on, it looked like one push it would have fallen off then wall onto the floor with the lamp.

Tropical garden,the pool and the beach

The prices to eat and drink are high,there are only 3 restaurants in the resort,no possibility to go to eat in other places,taxi for 45km cost 90$ to go and back,in the supermarket prices are very high. They are not provided toilet paper,they sent us to buy from supermarket. Miqueas from the reception is laughing and makes jokes when turist go and ask for something..is very rude with tourists

I loved everything

I love everything the only thing I didn’t agree with was the breakfast buffet price for kids should be half price because kids barely eat but other then that I loved everything

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

There was lack of detailed communication on the rules pertaining to our stay on the part of the concierge staff as we were charged USD40 dollars for 2 towels that had makeup powder on them. I felt they should have at least told us prior to our stay so that we could guard against such unnecessary costs. This is my first time of meeting such charges in my travel history and it was avoidable.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt. It was clean, close to beach, had shuttles if you didn't want to walk. Staff was attentive provided everything we asked for in a timely manner. Had supermarket with mediocre selection of food. Pizza shop had delicious pizza. Water dispenser in apt was convenient. Resort was secure and safe. We were pleasantly satisfied.

Music too loud at pool (Monkey Club) and beach. Need some days to enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings.

Our concierge, Davidson, was amazing! There was always transportation available. Close enough to the beach.

The resort lacked fresh fruits at the frutería. There were a couple female workers who lacked friendliness/had attitude in the front.

The apartments were nice and well equipped with what we needed to cook. It was also nice that they had restaurants and a supermarket on site. My daughter enjoyed the beach and the pools.

The property is as far back as can be and very secluded. This is great for someone who wants to stay at the resort the whole time but not for someone who will be exploring the island.

Location was good . Breakfast was not included, which should have been at least.

There should have been more fun inside for the guests. One could hear the sound of the fun next door ( sirens) on a daily basis. Which normally attracts the guest to keep coming back in order to have an enjoyable vacation.
