It was a great experience Hotel staff very helpfull Etson at front desk was able to provide information about places to visit, transpotantion and more, the night guard woke up early to open the door we arrived around 6am, excellent Restaurant Milo's we had a great dinner Grilled Octopus, Salmon Carpaccio, room service good and let's not forget the lady that cleans the room She is Amazing, steps from Plaza, restaurants and a great view of La Pen̈a. The next time we go back to Bernal Hotel Real de la Pen̈a will be my #1 Hotel

Everything was great

The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, Milo was delicious (not included). The rooftop seemed to be the highest rooftop in the center of town, which is a plus. The furnishings are classic and comfortable. Bathroom generously sized and well-stocked. Immediate hot water. We enjoyed falling asleep to a movie. The location is right at the center square. The music from the neighboring rooftop might keep you up on the weekends, but that doesn't bother me I fall asleep with anything. The parking is 2 blocks away, but included in the price. I found the price to be more affordable than hotels of seemingly similar standards nearby.

Wifi doesn't extend into the rooms. I think a wifi extender could fix that. If I were them, I would install exhaust fans in the windowless-bathrooms. In the US that would be required to be up to code, and it would help with the intense humidity and condensation in the bathroom.

Great location (very easy to go out and enjoy the town) , easy access, the views of the restaurant are awesome. Elevator was great for the elderly people.

Not a problem for me, but music from surrounding places is a bit noise up to 11:00pm (worth to say, it was very nice music)

It was just a lovely stay. The staff were super helpful - there were a couple staff who spoke English, and we used Google translate a lot. It was literally steps away from the main square which is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant menu was in Spanish and English which was super helpful. It's a little pricier than other hotels in town, but so worth it. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.

Our Uber got lost getting there because it's right near several pedestrian streets, but thats not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It’s also at the center of the city so everything is pretty close. The staff was so kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious and it has an amazing view of La Peña.

There was only one thing I didn’t like about the hotel and it’s the noise that comes from the bar/restaurant that’s on the top floor. It was so bad that we asked to switch rooms to the bottom level and they were so kind to accommodate us.

The hotel was lovely, the location was perfect and the staff were professional and attentive.

The only thing was the noise from two guest rooms that had a party and alot of noise flows into the room from the hall.

Very clean and staff was polite and friendly. They don’t speak English so be aware of that

The restaurant has a nice roof top overlooking the stone or rock

The facilities, the meals, the staff, the rooms was very cozy and comfortable.

The wi-fi was unreachable from the room, we need to go outside the room to have signal
