The hotel area with bungalows and many flowers look very beautiful. It was quiet, not many children, so it was perfect for relaxation. There is silent zone at the beach, which we really appreciated. Very good and varied food, less choice would have been also enough, especially for desserts. Excellent service from the waiters, reception and TUI guide. A lot of choice of activities with friendly instructors.

Noise from the garden equipment during fitness sessions (e.g. yoga). Sarigerme as a location does not have anything to offer, it is far away from interesting sights.

My stay in this hotel was outstanding. Everything is taken care of and all you need to do is to relax :) The hotel is like a small village located on the seashore. I had a room in one of the villas with a garden view. The room was simple but well arranged, the bed was comfortable, there was a big wardrobe with a safety deposit box and a kettle with tea/coffee set. The towels were clean and soft. I also appreciated the sustainability policy of the hotel, namely their refusal from small bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The choice of food was excellent with a variety of salads/fresh vegetables/fruit every day. I liked in particular the watermelon that was available even between the meals. There was a big choice of leaf tea out of which linden tea was my favourite, and of course Turkish coffee! The staff in the canteen was extremely nice and tried to do their best to serve the guests as swiftly as possible. The reception staff was nice as well, in particular Oxana and Mairike who were very helpful. I enjoyed a lot the morning yoga classes by Lyudmila which took place on a hill with a sea view. There was a variety of sport classes proposed throught the day. The hotel also offered an evening entertainment program for the guests with discos almost every night.

I was not a big fan of discos that continued until 1 a.m. I prefer to sleep with an open window at night and could hear the music even if the discotheque was on the beach. I would suggest to either finish them by 11 or 11.30 p.m. or not to have them every night. Another minor point concerns sunbeds at the beach. Unfortunately many guests were reserving the beds in the morning and then would show up 4-5 hours later, I observed that quite often myself as I stayed on the beach all day long. I have no suggestions as to how the hotel can manage that, they did put a note at the entrance to the beach but people just ignored it. I am sure however that there is a solution for that.

Very nice location (close to the airport), beautiful nature around, super friendly staff (all of them seem to love kids!), shops inside the hotel if you forgot something or ran out (e.g. diapers or toys to play in the sand). Our baby loved baby pool (15cm deep) and spent most of the time there splashing around. Fruit and some snacks are on offer all the time 24x7!

Would be nice to have baby food (veg and meat purees without salt/sugar) at lunch/dinner. We struggled a little bit to find food for our 10 months old which he would eat so he basically ate fruit all the time (he didn't mind though!). Also personally I found the mattress not the most comfy one but that was minor.

AC areas were very limited to spend time to cool down during very hot days.

There were so many choices for breakfast, so I was able to try lots of Turkish and Western breakfast items. The same was true for lunch and dinner. My partner is gluten-free and they were so attentive because of that. They had lots of gluten-free items that we could ask for at the back. The buffet had gluten-free items, but it is not recommended if you're celiac. My partner is not celiac so he was able to enjoy most of the items at the buffet, nearly all items were marked with allergens. Surprisingly, we did not drink alcohol as much, but we were able to find most of the drinks we wanted to have. Activities at the resort were fun, but some of them filled out quickly. Archery was very popular; hopefully, I remember her name right, Dicle, was a great teacher. We initially picked this place due to activities and we were not disappointed. With extra fees you can do sailing and diving; my partner did sailing and we also enjoyed a catamaran ride. The people working there were all amazing and helped us greatly whenever we had a question or problem that needed resolving.

I thought rooms could be better; the beds were two twin beds pushed together. It was not as comfortable as a single queen/king bed. I think this was something I should have cleared before the reservation, afterward I was too busy to have it fixed. I recommend bringing your own toiletries because there was only "2 in 1" style shower gel(?) provided in the bathroom and the stores in the resort are expensive (the town is 10 minutes walk though)

Great resort good location to Dalaman airport. The food was great, great offer for kids as well. Lots to do the Turtle Bar fabulous for lunch. Lots of water sports available, and beach excellent. Accommodation top notch we had a suite and very comfortable probably best room we’ve come across for kids. Plenty of room for a family of four comfortably. Five minute walk to local village where lots of eateries and shops if you want to get offsite. Though everything is here you don’t need to leave the resort. Definitely would look at visiting in the future. Credit to the resort staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Loved it all would struggle to pick a fault.

I really like the grounds of Sarigerme park. Very green. Staff were all very attentive , always smiling and professional. The food was fantastic. The beach and the pools were always looked aftered. The fitness class options and training areas are really good. There is something active to do almost every few hours. Yoga pod especially is beautiful. The general manager Ali is very attentive and helpful with any requests . Muammer at beach bar was especially great. Always looking after you and very friendly. Also would like to mention the hair salon on site, both the lady and the gentlemen works there are very professional and great at their jobs . ( this is of course extra) The rooms are cleaned regularly if you’d like to and all the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend Tui Sarigerme Park

Plastic glasses at the beach bar can improve

Excellent resort area for a quiet and comfortable family stay. We had a compliment of a fresh fruit plate and wine in our suite every day which left good memories to us. The resort area is big enough to keep you busy and enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable private beach area with a close restaurant and bar for lunch. All-inclusive was very good with a lot of different choices of food and drinks. The resort offers excellent al-carte restaurant dining per your stay, as well as, a beachfront barbecue restaurant. Make sure to wear trousers and long-sleeve clothes when you dine at a beachfront barbecue restaurant.

We stayed in the family suite and I would recommend changing the mosquito nets on windows in the rooms.

The property was really good and staff were just too good. They have raised the bar so high that we will find it really hard to find any property that will challenge this one and satisfy us. Staff was exceptionally excellent and hard working. They always served guests with a smile and we didn’t come across even one member of staff who didn’t amaze us. They were always on their feet and happy to help. Food was high quality and generous spread of variety. Restaurants were well managed. Facilities were neat and clean. Restaurant staff were the best. Keep up the good work TUI Blue Sarigerme Park. The management is doing something right to get such high rated reviews. Your staff is your strength, please continue to keep them happy. Another important feedback is that they have directed marketing and sales well. We really enjoyed the company of all the guests and the whole atmosphere was so family oriented and friendly unlike other All-inclusive facilities we stayed in. We already miss Tui Blue Sarigerme park and will definitely go back.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Only feedback would be that if the room doors had child locks it would have been great but I can imagine it would be something to do with regulations. Our toddler loved the outdoors so much that she would open the door and run out on her own.
