The breakfast, while limited, was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the Chinese medicinal chick soup that was on offer, as it must've taken a long time for the staff to prepare. We also liked the design of the hotel - it was tasteful, moody, and modern. The courtesy umbrellas were quality - big and hefty. The hotel staff was extremely helpful - they helped my dad when he was injured. I will forever be thankful. The hotel was located close to the metro station, very convenient.

Certain elements of the room weren't practical. The mirror was placed off to the side and not directly in front of the sink, and I couldn't find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, making grooming difficult (perhaps I didn't look hard enough, please let me know). We also didn't like having to walk barefoot in hotel rooms. We understand that to reduce waste, certain things were no longer offered (toothbrushes, razors, etc.), but other hotels that also observed the same rules still offered slippers.

I usually don't bother giving ratings for the hotels I stay in, but Park Lees is a must. I travel for work often, but this time, I was attending a wedding with my family, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I requested a baby bed, but I went into the room and found many more valuable items for babies, such as a baby bathtub and low tools. Secondly, We had to stay in another location for a night before coming back to Park Lees again, and the hotel staff was aware and auto-arranged everything for us; for example, I kept most of our luggage in the hotel and when I did my second check-in, the transition was very smooth, and staff already knew my items was with them. Thirdly, as a bonus for us, for the cost we paid, the room's design was very Chic. The room was spotless and big. Honestly I highly recommend this hotel and I will visit it again if I were to come to this region of Taiwan again.

Park Lees Hotel in Kaohsiung is situated in the City Centre. MRT is nearby. Checking in to the Hotel is seamless. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. Ruihe Night Market is just round the corner. Lots of shopping in the vicinity. Going to places by Light Rail, Train or MRT is convenient. Easy walkabout and explore. There are so many eating places nearby and 3 days is not enough to try them all. We will have to come back for more. Definitely a return to this Hotel.

Perfect location near the red line metro and not too far from light rail. Room is very comfortable and luxurious for the price, especially liked having the high ceilings and large window. Hotel provided plenty of water, snacks, coffee machine, and tea kettle. I slept very well.

Kind of minor, but the switches for the lights (turning on and off) could be clearer and easier to use. I had some trouble figuring out how to turn off a light before going to sleep and had to look all over the room a few times trying all the buttons.

Everything, the room itself is really nice, blocked out noise and light very well, my husband and I slept really well in a comfy bed. Water bottles and coffee pods are replenished daily if the room is cleaned. The hotel itself is in a really good location, with shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. We were given two afternoon tea vouchers which we used to invite our guests to enjoy with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I think the cost but I can understand the reason for the cost.

Floor-to-ceiling windows of the room is pretty clean and you would not find the water stains. Another one is their place is so close to the MRT Kaohsiung Arena. Another thing makes me impressed is they put salads in a cup, which is solved those who may have personal hygiene concerns probably. The other thing is they offer the discount on the afternoon tea time. You will receive the coupon to pay for it. Absolutely, it is only available until the checkout date.

Doesn't seem like a 5* hotel, there was just a shampoo/body gel and a conditioner, no soap for hands, towels were tiny. Basic breakfast with limited variety.

Situated a little bit North of the city, but there is a metro station just across the street, 100 mts away. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away and that was a plus for our Friday night stay.

Breakfast was good and service fair. The lobby was a little busy as they have limited space for baggage storage. Overall is was a pleasant experience.
