We stayed for one night while travelling across France; it's easy to access the Kyriad from the main route through Roanne, and the parking is secure. Although the outside of the hotel may appear a little dated, inside the bedroom was clean, the heating was quick and powerful, and the manual shutters were effective. Our room at the back was above a road but the traffic noise was kept out by the double doors into the room, so we both slept very well.

The room had hard flooring which we found rather cold as it was winter. The hotel only offered a limited menu (3 options) for evening meal and we couldn't find anywhere else nearby that suited us so we drove to a restaurant we knew less than 10 minutes away.

Everyone was very fri& helpful, just what was needed as had been let down by previous booking so this was a very last minute booking. Hotel is old school motel style but comfortable. There is a restaurant attached which was open in the evening & people used but we ordered a pizza delivery to the room. We didn’t have breakfast but it all looked fresh and appealing. We had a ground floor room which looked out on to pine trees so very pretty.

Could have done with a kettle. Receptionist showed me how to get ‘hot’ water from the drinks machine in restaurant but was not hot enough really for a cup of tea.

Safe parking for my motorbike, and a nice, quiet room. Bar and restaurant on site, looked nice but I didn't use it, as had a long day ahead of me. Aircon unit worked well, as the weather changed from cool to very warm late in the afternoon.

Stayed in a very similar Kyriad before, nice enough but the room could do with brighter lights-same as the last one I stayed at.

3 nights stay The staff was fantastic! Always kind and helpful! The hotel is easy to acces from the national road. The room was clean, comfortable, not noisy. The parking lot is just in front of the rooms. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. This little hotel was a nice surprise for us!

Some of the furniture and bathroom equipments are old and a bit ,, tired". It doesn't look great but it works. In room 124 the sink it seems broken and glued together:(( we were afraid to touch it. But as I said, it was working 😉. The sweet orange cat wondering around looks very thin. She's a great companion! I hope someone will take her to a check up and will provide food regularly 🙏

• Everything! What a great experience. We didn't expect much as it looks a bit like a Motel from the outside, but were pleasantly surprised. • Room: Very clean room and nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. • Check-in/out: Awesome times. We checked in at 9:30 PM, and didn't have to check out until 12 PM. It was the first time on our road trip where we could sleep and not worry about missing check-out times! • Staff: The man on the counter had was working his 3rd day and yet was so professional and nice, great English skills and overall just amazing. • Location: It's not in the center, but the city is so small that the drive to the city is 3 minutes only and there is free parking everywhere, so we found the location to be perfect. No noise as far as we were concerned. • Value for money: best in France.

• Outside: Not that I didn't like it, but it has a very motel-like look and feel. Some small renovations might be helpful. The staircase was full of cobwebs, one quick sweep should clean that up and would increase the feel-good-atmosphere.

First time in a Kyriad. Because of the low price I expected the nothing. I was totally wrong. Convenient location, secure car park, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, great air conditioning, lovely helpful staff and something I really didn’t expect - A really good breakfast where you could want for nothing.

Outside looked a bit shabby and could do with a repaint. The mattress could be renewed as well. Other than that great for a traveller in need of a cheap overnight stop

It was the second time for us to stay in this hotel, so we had already appreciated the closeness to the highway, the internal parking area, the quietness of the rooms, the good breakfast and - on top of everything - the extreme kindness of the receptionists. All good.

Convenient location to visit friends in the port of Roanne.

Light switches for over the bed lights could be better placed. I inadvertently switched them on and woke myself as I rolled over.

- No water heater in the room. - Close to the driveway (a bit noisy if you room on the driveway side)

Perfect place to stay on the car trip. It's close to the main road, but still quiet. The beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the personal was very nice and communication was good.

Rooms are rather old, you can tell it by the smell. They are clean, but some cosmetic renovation is needed just to bright the rooms up
