Lovely room and staff. Very comfortable, firm bed. Large bathroom with spa bath . This is a lovely hotel where you are well looked after. Having stayed here before, I recommend it and would definitely return, but there were a few little things this time that needed a bit more attention to get back up to excellent standards.

Beach area needs to be cleaned up there were a lot of cigarette butts and general rubbish around the sunbeds and I would like to see the sunbeds wiped down daily. . Beach bar and service are good but not open every day due to predicted bad weather. There was a private party in the hotel restaurant one evening which was very noisy until the early hours. Having stayed here before and picked as a quiet property this was a bit disappointing. A light over the dressing table would be nice.

Sea SIgnt is a boutique hotel in Avlaki/Porto Rafti, just in front of the sea. The rooms are nicely furbished, comfortable and clean. A nice restaurant (Psaropoula) belongs to the same owners and is just in front of the hotel with a very nice veranda on the beach. Wifi very good, good breakfast. Very much appreciated the free upgrade of the room I booked to a deluxe one!

The rooms are equipped with bathtub, many of them with whirlpool, but when taking a shower it is impossible to avoid that a lot of water goes onto the bathrooms floor. Some kind of curtain or box would be needed.

The location right on the beach was great for swimming and also close enough ti Athens to return a hire car and fly out the next day . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is nice and quiet . There is a lovely restaurant out the front right on the beach with delicious seafood and the breakfast provided was good.

We had problems with no hot water but the staff kindly let us use the bathroom in another room to solve the issue. The mattresses on the twin beds were overly soft and worn in the middle making it a bit uncomfortable - may be due to be replaced.

We stayed one night at this property before going to the airport for an early morning flight -- the airport was less than a 20-minute drive away. The proprietor was incredibly friendly and welcoming - including to my 7-year old child. The room was spacious and had enough beds for 4 (one King, one roll-away Twin, and one sleeper-sofa Twin). It had a small patio with a nice view of the water. There plentiful outdoor parking next to the hotel. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, and our meal tasted great. My favorite part was that, since the restaurant was right on the waterfront, we waded into the water (drying our feet on a towel the hotel had lent us), skipped rocks, and watched the sunset while we waited for our food. It was really beautiful -- a great end to our Greece vacation!

We were looking forward to using the jacuzzi tub, but it wasn't working while we were there. The bathtub jets did randomly go off for 3 or so minutes while we were there, however, startling us with the loud noise. The proprietor helped us turn the sound off when we couldn't figure out how on our own.

Small and nice hotel with an excellent sea view. Very close to the beach. Nice restaurants in front of the hotel and around. Nice and helpful staff, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Breakfast can be better. Not so much variety and the same for everyday.

Very good position just 20 meters from the beach, very good restaurant "Psaropoula", rooms are nice and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

I would improve somehow breakfast with some fruits. The bathtub is nice but a shower would be perhaps easier top manage.

Located close to sea for views and sea breeze. Close to airport. Great breakfast provided with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Parking a little difficult to understand unless you have been there previously.

Sweet room with balcony, excellent bedding. Also a lovely breakfast spread, made on site from scratch.

Only that it was a very long way from the airport, so not ideal for a quick overnight. Allow for a long taxi ride! Also, definitely not an accessible space, so just know that before booking. No lobby or place to gather.

Nice hotel for a short stay. There are restaurant in front of the hotel and you have access to the beach. Staff at reception were friendly and the check-in process was efficient. There no elevators/lift if you opt for a room with a view
