We got a nice room to the back of the hotel with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. Nice bed and an efficient air con. The breakfast was fresh and very nice. There is a beach just across the hotel There is a small restaurant a few blocks from the hotel and a burger and sandwich place near by also

The beach is a beach with a paying fee for entrance and again you pay for a sun bed and parasol and that was very expensive. You have to cross a very trafficked road to get to the beach

The hotel was in a convenient location and offered private parking. The staff was very helpful and nice. Everything was very clean. We didn't much like the original rooms we were given, however, the owners were kindly willing to help, they upgraded us to an apartment which was quieter, just as we requested.

The only real problem was the fact that the hotel is right on a busy highway which results in all the sea view rooms being moderately noisy. We did okay in the apartment they moved us to but i have to admit the noise poses a problem for light sleepers like myself.

My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at Parthenis Riviera Hotel in Voula, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Athens. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and very well connected by public transport to both the city center and Glyfada. I can’t thank the team enough for giving my parents such a peaceful and memorable experience (I could take a deep breath). I would highly recommend Parthenis Riviera to anyone—but especially to those booking for loved ones from afar. You can truly trust this hotel and its people to take good care of them. But what truly made my parent's stay exceptional was the warm hospitality and personal touch offered by the staff, especially Natasha at the reception. From the moment they arrived, Natasha has greeted them with genuine kindness, a big smile, and all the local tips they needed to make the most of their visit. Whether it was helping arrange a transportation, suggesting hidden spots for dinner, or simply checking in to make sure everything was okay, she went above and beyond every single day.

Very handy for Glyfada.

Staff were a bit surly and unsmiling.

The Parthenis Riviera Hotel is lovely. Friendly staff who had a range of English language skills, including a receptionist who is fluent and really helpful. The hotel iis opposite the tram station and the sea/beaches (paid for and free) and on a busy road, so easy to find. The room we had was a top floor apartment with two bedrooms and a lovely balcony getting sun all day long. There was a kettle, microwave and fridge too. Really clean, nice views and better than the pictures suggest. Top marks.

There is a lot of noise from the road and the lift is small. No marks off for this as everything else was so good.

The staff, the cleaniness. They clean rooms everyday and you don't have to ask. There is a balcony in the room which is cool. There is public transportation if you learn how to use it. If you take the tram for a couple of stations you will find a lot of shops and nice free beaches.

The fact that they don't have their own beach club and you have to pay for a beach club in front of them. The bed was not really comfortable, but I didn't ask to change it. I am sure if I did ask they would do something.

They've done early check-in: in 11am (originaly it will be at 15pm). We've located in the large sea-veiw penthouse without extra charge. At the end we've been allowed to stay additional 2 hours and after that they keep our luggages till 6pm(check-out normally at 11am). Special thanks to staff–very kind and very helpful, especcialy to Natasha, who's told us about all the interested and important places and things to go and to know. If you are planning to go to Athens/Glyfada, Parthenis Riviera will be Your first choice!

We would want to stay longer...

Staff were great, friendly, helpful and down to earth. Its a family run business and you can really sense the care they give compared to corporate hotels. It's right by the beach and they lend beach towels free of charge which was great. The room was basic but had everything you need, comfy bed, good shower etc. Even a little balcony which was a nice touch. Location was great, bus directly to Athens centre and airport stops right outside the door.

It's right by a very busy road, which is really noisy, so be prepared if you're a light sleeper. Didn't affect my stay at all as I'm not a light sleeper but it could be a problem for some.

All 3 of the staff members i encountered were friendly and professional. They have a cat 😍 they feed so that's always a plus in my book. I was given a nicer room than i booked with sea view. It's good value for money and the uber to the airport was only about €25. Great location IF you don't mind street noise. There is a bus stop very close by so it was easily accessible by public transport. The room was nice with everything you need.

It was a bit confusing whether or not the tea and water was offered complimentary as there was a pricelist next to the minibar. The bathroom is basic, everything worked fine but you have to make sure you don't get the whole floor wet so you can still step on a dry foot mat after you shower ;-)

A nice place and good location. If you looking to be close to the beach, this is the place. Just across the street.

The breakfast was very limited..
